Don't expect a refund if you return something!

I returned a product and was told it would take 10-14 business days to receive my refund. It has been over 22 business days and still no refund has been issued. I have reached out to them several times and keep being told that they are working on it. Highly suggest staying away from this company - very poor customer service.

They say 10 business days for a refund it’s now going on a month!! What is going on there? This is absolutely insane! My bank is telling me to do a chargeback if it’s been so many days. They need to get it together! This is ridiculous!! This is a huge company people shouldn’t have to deal with this stuff!

Do not buy your bottle here!

I got my bottle but it leaked like crazy. I got hot water all over my legs . After contacting them I heard….. nothing. Do not buy your Stanley bottle here!

Refuse to issue refund and have stopped…

Refuse to issue refund and have stopped responding to my emails. I have been waiting over 30 days. Returned unopened product Feb 19, it is now Mar 24. If they are so busy and behind on refunds, as they say, that should be a red flag. Why are so many customers returning this product.

worst international company

I ordered Stanley quencher order no 102512 and for 4 days it’s with the DHL as the smart people in the company did not put my house number but only the street name. since that time I sending mails and asking for help. But none responding. There is no phone number where you can call .for such a big company it’s a shameful practice and worst reaction to the customer care. I wish I should have read similar reviews before I made the order

WAITING ON REFUND FOR A MONTH

I’ve been waiting on a refund for almost a month now on a cup that I decided I didn’t want anymore because it wasn’t worth it. Was told 10 days for a refund, then 14 days. Absolute worst experience ever. Will NEVER buy from again. I’ll make sure I tell my friends too. Ridiculous! UPDATE!!! They have responded to my email, about a refund ONCE, I disputed it with my bank!

The cup fell 3 feet and broke

The cup fell 3 feet and broke. Stanley denied a warranty claim by saying it was an accident. Stanley then advised that their "rugged" cups are tested to be dishwasher safe and for scuffing only. They are not designed to withstand any impact damage at all. I suggest buying a yeti.

Worst customer service experience

Worst customer service experience. • First I tried to order from their site using a credit card promotion for cash back. At the very last step of that transaction, there was an error on their site and sent me to an error screen with no recourse. • Tried again. This time, I tried to enter the deliver address and move onto the next screen, and the website kept bouncing me back to the same delivery address screen, deleting the information I'd just entered. • Tried one more time because my daughter requested the item for her birthday, and I really wanted to get it for her. Got through the order process, entered credit card details, entered my different billing address (since I was sending the product directly to my grown daughter's home), and hit submit. To my surprise, after submitting the order, I see that the delivery address had been updated to my shipping address, several states away! So, this would mean I'd pay for it to be shipped to the wrong state only to have to then ship it myself to the right state. No way!!!• Given that it was their system error, I immediately reached out (by email and by their online form) to let them know what happened and asked for them to fix their system error. A day later I received a message telling me they can no longer change information once an order has been submitted. But...if I wanted to cancel the order and replace it, I could do that. Mind you, I'd told them in my email that if they could not fix the address that I wanted the order cancelled. AND not only did they not do that, but they provided me no link in their response email to send me to the screen in order to cancel (and of course, I couldn't find it anywhere on their website). AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL experience. I will NEVER shop this site again - and recommend you steer clear as well.

I purchased a customize 40 oz tumbler

I purchased a customize 40 oz tumbler. When I received it had a person named " Gaby" engraved on it. Once I contacted customer services, I was told it was nothing they could do because that was entered during the order. I told them I never would have asked for someone else name on a cup for myself.
