Review Time
I agreed a deal with the general manager nas khan on the 12th June 2024 to buy a bran new aygo edge it was explained that I needed to sell my car and this may take a bit of time to my surprise when I went to the deal shop this morning to complete the paper work I was told that the car has been sold?? And a replacement car would not be available until end of July August this year.also was told a conversation had been recorded and on play back and on the original deal had been altered I was recommended to go to Steven egall by my boss who has been buying cars from this company for many years neither myself nor the person who recommended will ever buy a car again
I purchased a used Aygo from Rayleigh Steven Eagell back in April and have never experienced such poor treatment from a company before. I will include all of the issues I've had with the company, who have been shocking when it comes dealing with my issues. - the delivery of the car was delayed due to issues on their side- the car specs did not match what was advertised on the Toyota website (lack of parking sensors and touch screen system) and the car paint work being not as described.- the petrol gauge was broken upon receipt, which causing me to break down a week after purchase- when picking the car up from the dealership after the petrol gauge was fixed, I had to wait for approx an hour whilst someone located the keys to take the car out of the garage.- This car is now due a service and MOT, 2 months after purchasing it, when this should have been done before delivery.- The air conditioning is not working - There is a high pitched squeak coming from the wheels when driving in 2nd and 3rd gear.- After multiple attempts at speaking to the general manager Ramiz, he had "arranged" for the car to be picked up today at 10am to be MOT'd and serviced. No one arrived.- After calling them at 10:40 to find out why no one has turned up,I've been told there are no courtesy cars available and that the car will be picked up tomorrow. No one at the company cares, no one calls you back when they say you will. I would highly recommend that you stay clear from this company. Edit (02/07/2024): The car got picked up on 27/06 and I've heard nothing back since, despite calling 3 times....
The product is good, but dealership staff are disappointing. Especially sales staff. Receptionist excellent. Watford building design poor. Too much glass. Don’t ask service staff to phone you back. I want to replace my Auris, but I think I will have to find another dealer who recruits sales staff that value customers and who are qualified
The salesman Surinder Virdee at Solihull was charm itself until he had made the sale. However he failed to set up the car properly in the first place and then failed to return my call requesting help with setting up my phone on the car. Christian from my local branch Hereford was the opposite - he cheerfully and generously gave his time to work out a solution to the problem with no prospect of a personal gain.
Scam this company to Bishops Stortford are full with thefts ,dirty cars not clean ,not inspected and on the contract its different price Christian Kitoko its a theft avoid thsi person and the sale manager Tom Faughan both are liars .
Shocking. Rang to book and appointment to see a used car which we had checked was in stock. Arrived at the dealers, had to pay for parking, and wait 45 mins only to be told the car had been sold the day before. The salesman pressured us to stay agreeing to bring a different car to us from another showroom. After another 45 minutes we threatened to leave. He then asked us to sign an order for the new car claiming that we had agreed to the trade in price he had suggested for our vehicle and well as the extras we said we would consider! We had not agreed to this and refused to sign at which point he backed down. After an hour and a half plus parking cost and 2 hours travel time we feel completely taken advantage of and would never buy from this dealership.Since writing this review the salesman has contacted us to say the buyers of the car we went to see have been declined credit. Do we want it - NO.
When the salesman told me to expect around 60mpg from my C - HR I took it with a pinch of salt. However after a few brim to brim fill ups over about 600 miles I find he was not lying My worst was 57 mpg and my best so far was 62 mpg.To be honest I'd have been happy with 50 mpg, which is what I was expecting.I also find that the mpg computer is accurate give of take a couple of miles mpg Very impressive dealership in every way
