Had an unfortunate encounter with my new product and when I reached out to customer service they immediately made it up to me by offering to replace the faulty component free of charge. All I had to do was confirm my shipping information. No questions about user error or something on their end. They understand that there are a multitude of factors that could affect their products and gladly make it right by providing the parts needed to get everything working as intended. Attached were also all the instruction manuals how to fix what was needed.

Received the New Kobra S1 Combo 3D Printer and I have to say, This is a Fantastic Printer! I'm a very pleased with workmanship and the features included. It Prints flawlessly. Even with 10+ Hour prints this just does what it is designed to do. Anyone considering a purchase I encourage to do so. You will be quite happy.
