I have several Anycubic printers. They don't usually give me problems, but when they have, the support has been absolutely wonderful. I'm very happy with the support, with a special mention for Gavin. Despite the time difference and the distance, they have always resolved my issues quickly. Very grateful.

I had a problem with my Ace Pro, and the support team was always attentive and sent me the necessary replacement parts to fix it. The only downside is the delivery time for the replacement parts, which is very slow, but that's not the support team's fault.

Service based review only

This review is only based on their service and communication, not the product! Because quite frankly the product is 2 stars.I have been fighting my newest (3rd) printer for months and they have not been able to help me get it working right. But at least they are trying, sending a new strain gauge, new motherboard, and new build plate trying to get this thing working. They do respond very quickly within 24 hrs sometimes a soon as 4hrs. So for that, their customer service is 5 stars.

My printer hotend module broke first…

My printer hotend module broke first print and unfortunately the warranty on the printer ran out, so I sent an email asking if it was still possible to get the part and I provided pictures and the order details and luckily they are sending me a new module. 10/10 customer service, thank you!

I bought a printer last year and it has been in a storage room in the box for the first 6 months, i only got to use the Machine 2 months, b fire EVERYTHING started to break, i kept buying new parts, only for new stuff to go wrong and apparently, they only offer 6 months of warranty on the bed. Which i am pretty sure is illegal in Europe.

Denying legal consumer rights

My Ace Pro failed within 8 months, the technical servie itself is quite eager to help however, under German consumer law, I am entitled to a professional repair or replacement. However, Anycubic refuses to fulfill their legal obligations. Even though their own website claims they respect local consumer laws, but in practice, they ignore them.They are trying to force me to perform technical repairs myself by only sending replacement parts, shifting the risk of further damage onto me. If you expect professional warranty service instead of being forced to act as an unpaid technician for their defective products, stay away.
