Anycubic Customer Service always great

I’ve had nothing but awesome experiences with Anycubic customer service. They will direct you to their wikis to address any issues you may have with your machine and if you still cannot resolve your issue, as long as you take detail photos and provide detailed information and step you took, they will provide parts for you to repair your unit as long as it’s still under warranty.

Hardware and Software can and will never be perfect. But over the years Anycubic has risen to the occasion everytime. Doing above and beyond. Don't demand. Don't threaten. Don't be ignorant to them. They are there to help. An they have been pretty amazing.

I addressed a technical problem, having previously tried all possible solutions. I received an answer almost immediately and a decision to replace the problematic part. I am very satisfied with the service, I thought that I would not have to replace the part at my own expense.

Kobra S1 - autolevel issue

Finally, the problem with the auto-level was solved after more than a month of struggle. During this time, the level sensor was replaced twice, and a little later, the print head signal cable, the print head PCBA, and the level sensor again. All parts except for one sensor were sent by the support team. I hope this was the first and last major breakdown, and I will finally cross the 1,000-hour printing threshold, which is about 5 hours away. 🙂

AMAZING

The support that I received from Nelson at anycubic was incredible. I received a response within 24 hours each time I reached out. I needed a new filament sensor and Nelson sent me a link to order the part I needed. When I received it I received not only the sensor but the entire assembly as well. My ace pro is back up and running now
