Very positive experience with Anycubic support.

I recently contacted Anycubic support regarding an issue with my Kobra S1 Combo and ACE Pro module.The problem started after an error (11518), and later I encountered another issue (11504) related to the filament detection system. The printer worked in single filament mode, but ACE would not switch modes.After troubleshooting with their support team, they suggested checking the material break detection board — and that turned out to be the root cause. A mechanical part inside the extruder was damaged.I really appreciate how professionally they handled the situation. They quickly acknowledged the issue and arranged shipment of a complete replacement extruder under warranty without unnecessary back-and-forth or delays.Communication was clear, polite, and helpful throughout the entire process.Mistakes or defects can happen with any product, but what truly matters is how a company handles them — and in my case, Anycubic support did a very good job.Thank you for the assistance.

Excellent customer service!! They replied to emails quickly, offering great suggestions. When those didn’t work they immediately sent me a replacement part and instructions at no cost.

Working great, issues resolved fast

I had an issue, when the ACE Pro started producing weird noise and smell. I identified it as a broken down fan failure and contacted Anycubic support. They were quick to respond and sent out the 2 replacement fans the next day. They arrived 7 days later, I replaced the fan and the ACE Pro is working as new!I have around 700 working hours already done on the printer, this was the first and only issue so far.Definetly recommend to buy!

Outstanding Support – Problem Fully Resolved

My printer initially had an auto-leveling issue (strain gauge not detecting contact). After several troubleshooting steps, Anycubic Support stayed responsive and professional throughout the entire process.They first sent replacement parts, and when the issue persisted, they provided a complete printhead assembly, which fully resolved the problem. The printer is now working perfectly.I truly appreciate their persistence and commitment to solving the issue instead of giving up. Excellent after-sales service and fast support. Highly recommended.
