Incredible level of technical support

Incredible level of technical support. Almost a year after the 3D printer was in operation, a temperature calibration error appeared. We discussed the whole situation in just 2 letters and sent me the necessary spare parts for repair! If I decide to buy a new 3D printer, it will only be Anycubic!

Excellent service for 4 Kobra 3 printers…

I have purchased four Kobra printers now to run in my high school manufacturing class. The fourth had a strange issue. Customer service answered promptly and mailed parts for free to fix the issue, which arrived in 2 business days! They also followed up to check to make sure everything was to satisfaction. Excellent!

I had an issue with my Anycubic printer and I want to highlight how fast and helpful their customer support has been. After a few troubleshooting attempts with the assistance team, they confirmed the problem and they are already sending me the replacement parts.Great company with real attention to customers. For now I’m waiting for the parts to arrive, but so far my experience has been very positive. Thank you! I definitely recommend Anycubic and I will likely buy from them again because I feel protected as a customer.
