I possess several 3D printers primarily because of the exceptional support provided after purchase. With about 8 years in 3D printing and experience with various brands, none compare to the assistance I've received. They take the time to help diagnose issues and send the necessary parts for repairs. I’ve relied on their support numerous times and they’ve consistently delivered.

Quick Response Times

Each time I've had a question or needed help solving a problem, the staff at Anycubic are quick to respond and help me find a solution. This time, my 'Discharge Port Baffle' which is the metal blade inside the poop bin, went missing and I've been unsuccessful trying to find it. They were quick to arrange to send me a new one which is now on the way to my house. I couldn't be happier. You wouldn't think one little piece could cause so much havoc, but it really is that important.

Second time that Anycubic has helped me with no hassle on a warranty problem with my Kobra S1 combo. Replaced the part that had failed with just the basic report and warranty details. Thanks you guys

Amazing product and Customer Experience

Amazing product, amazing customer experience! I've already have a second ACE Pro on my Kobra S1, the product speaks for itself, very solid, very easy to use - as any 3d printer problems happens, but they customer experience is really amazing, I've issues at the same time with another brand, and the customer service was waaaay more proactive, clear instructions and focused on the customer!

no reply from support, neither ticket nor seller message system

bought some devices, now signal cable from printer to ACE PRO hasnt been in the package, asked support for the spare part, reply outstanding since saturday.without signal cable no usage possible. wrote a message on aliexpress where i bought the combo, autoreply says better open a ticket for reply usual within an hour instead of 3 days when opening a dispute.well no reply just will end in a dispute.only advertisment spam mails work at their side, i am very disappointed as many others here.

Great customer support!

My acepro was working great.until one day it stopped feeding filament. So I took it apart to investigate. I saw that the shaft on one of the motors had snapped off.so I reached out to anycubic. And the response was awsome.just a few emails and the new motor is in the mail! Thanks again anycubic!

I own several Anycubic 3D printers mainly because of the support they provide after the purchase. I’ve been 3D printing for about 8 years and have owned printers from multiple brands, but none have come close to the level of support I’ve received from Anycubic. They take the time to help diagnose issues and then send the parts needed to get things fixed. I’ve worked with their support many times over the years (I’ve owned 5 of their printers), and they’ve come through for me every single time.
