Jammed filament

I was having an issue with some jammed filament, but I didn't know how to fix. I was pointed to a video that helped me unjam, and then a picture to fix. Was successful in freeing my filament without chopping off too much, but could not fix the filament sensor. Having a new piece shipped to me, looking forward to getting operational again. Anycubic is great about sending replacement parts.

Appreciated Anycubic customer care

Hi bought an Anycubic kobra S1, after few time the effect hall sensor of the wire cutter, bricken, i found it strange, and I thought that the product was not strong enough for the application. I contacted the assistance service of Anycubic and the personnel was very collaborative and active to sole my problem. It tooks a while for the delivery of the product, but i found the support very good. Effective customer care.Thanks.

Not fit for purpose

Husband bought a ANY CUBIC KOBRA S1 COMBO and it’s hardly ran a full print the company keep sending parts filament etc it’s only 4 months on and doesn’t print anything now keeps turning itself off ,not under warranty anymore and company are ignoring his emails ,the only place for it is in the bin totally waste of money

So far a good experience with Anycubic

I had an issue with a product I bought a couple months ago. One email explaining and showing the issue the support agent, Nelson, was able to get me a replacement part and a video on how to replace the broken part. no cost to me. So far a good experience with Anycubic

Great brand, incredible support

After 6 years with Prusa, I decided to go to multicolour with anycubic. After I placed my order I was a bit skeptical, seeing some reviews on YouTube. But all the opposite ! The printer prints PLA at perfection without any tuning. Results are absolutely perfect. I just had an issue or two with the AcePro and the support team is absolutely incredible ! They replied super quickly and very nicely with logic solutions, based on my IT/tech expertise and pictures. I am more than impressed and I am recommending Anycubic, eyes shut !

I have 2 anycubic machines.The M5sPro…

I have 2 anycubic machines.The M5sPro and the X6KS.The prints themselves are superb but the LCD screen has failed on both machines nowhere near the recommended time period of at least 2000 hours.Mine has lasted 58 hours!!!!The warranty of 6 months is pretty much useless as depends how frequently you use it.The warranty should go on hours as this is what the warranty is based on.I am currently in the very slow communication process with anycubic so we shall see what transpires.
