Great brand, incredible support

After 6 years with Prusa, I decided to go to multicolour with anycubic. After I placed my order I was a bit skeptical, seeing some reviews on YouTube. But all the opposite ! The printer prints PLA at perfection without any tuning. Results are absolutely perfect. I just had an issue or two with the AcePro and the support team is absolutely incredible ! They replied super quickly and very nicely with logic solutions, based on my IT/tech expertise and pictures. I am more than impressed and I am recommending Anycubic, eyes shut !

Customer friendly company

The company itself is customer friendly and quick response for any issue that appear. I got the FDM 3d printer from Anycubic and I was shocked that I am able to fix majority of the problems by myself with easy, step-by-step guidance provided by the company custmer service. I got only 2 issues - 1 related to broken part in printer, and 1 software related. For both of them it was matter of hours to solve them. Nevertheless, company offers cheap and proffessional 3d printers as well as good service and contact. I can truly recommend it to the others.

ACE Pro Color Engine Not Powering On – Error Code 11503 (Kobra S1)

I had a hardware issue with the ACE Pro on my Kobra S1, and Gavin from Anycubic Support handled my case excellently. Communication was clear and professional, replacement parts were arranged under warranty, and the problem was resolved after following the provided instructions. Very satisfied with the support and overall experience.
