Anycubic Kobra S1

I've had my Anycubic Kobra S1 since July last year, and I'm please with this product. I have my first major code, but I reached out to the support team, and the response was quick. I'm awaiting my replacement part.

Customer service and support is always above reproach! David and the other members are dedicated to their customers. It does not get any better than this and they are unsurpassed on their motivation to take care of their customers. The product is great and support is always there. I love being ignored by customer support for 5 days just trying to cancel a pre order for anycubic kobra x how hard can It be im getting really frustrated now will probably not consider using anycubic in the future God forbid it was an actual warraty claim or issue i needed help with fix your customer service ASAP

One of the best companies I've came across. I have two printers. Whenever I had a problem, the reply was immediate and my problem was addressed and solved.

Good product, Greate support

The website is easy, and the product is good. I have a Kobra S1 combo, and it did give me a few issues (Ace Pro feeding, hotend, PEI plate), but I could not ask for better support. They are always willing to help and to let you leave with a smile because you chose Anycubic. The only downside is that parts come from China and take a while to arrive. My filament feeding for my Ace Pro took 3 weeks to arrive, and now I am waiting for a new Hotend (which should take another 3 weeks). While I am waiting, I got a spare one from Amazon and got it the next day. I wish they had a warehouse in Canada to get these delivers faster

Kobra 3 max the mighty print machine

I have had the anycubic kobra 3 max for a few months now and I can say that this is the best machine I have owned. I place a print on and walk away and it prints every time. As a large machine I would strongly recommend it even for first time printers. I have however recently had an issue with the print head, however I followed the videos and resolved the issue. That being said I contacted tech support and I have been amazed at their quick response, very professional and supportive.So to summarise. If your a first time 3d printer and want a big machine, this is the one, print qualities are amazing and I've printed some big projects to the the machines max capability.
