I bought a refurbished unit and it’s been great. I bought a used ACEPRO and it didn’t work properly. They sent me the parts free of charge and have responded in a very timely manner!

Don't believe the hate, Anycubic support is on point.

No matter what people say on social media about Anycubic's support, I have had nothing but positive experiences with them. On every support occasion, I have received an acknowledgement email within 24 hours and resolutions within 24 hours of that email - despite the time zone difference between them and myself.

Apart of the competitive prices and good results they offer, I only needed to contact their support team twice and they have always been there to deliver good help, couldnt say a bad word about anycubic, and no, they didnt pay a single cent to me, its just the reality I have experienced so far

Good products, Great customer service

I have the Anycubic Kobra 3 and i have had a couple of faults in the year of having it. Any faults i have they are quick to fix, most of the time it is a mistake i have made. However, the ace pro i have's mother board overheated really bad and i was worried it would catch fire. I unplugged it all, and the only damages was the motherboard and a small bit of warp on the outer casing. They were however quikc to replace it and sent me an easy to follow guide to fix it.
