Customer service is great

Customer service is great! Any and all of my issues have been addressed fast and communication is awesome. I am notified every step of the way. I love my printers and anycubic! For me its anycubic or nothing!

Anycubics team has great warranty support. They figured out the issue and sent parts to repair. They follow-up to let me know shipping information and make sure everything is working.

Great customer service. Refund processed in no time.

I had a Kobra printer on the early bird scheme and had made a couple of payments.Unfortunately I've been out of work for a time and buying another printer was not the best idea. Contacted Anycubic and requested they cancel the order and refund monies paid.Process could not have been easier. A few hours after opening a ticket I received an email asking if I was certain and was given a couple of offers in the hope I would change my mind. Once I'd replied saying now was not the time, financially, for me to be buying anything the process moved ahead quickly; very quickly.It took less than 48 from me making the request to cancel to PayPal placing the money back in my bank account.That is fantastic service.

Great product but more importantly…

Great product but more importantly great customer service. Things go wrong with products, that is inevitable. In my opinion it is how a business deals with this which is most important, in my experience Anycubic have been absolutely first rate here. Quick to respond, polite and professional help, arranged a resolution without any question. Would buy from them again purely based on this interaction

Gavin, Obi and Leo have done exemplary work as customer service representatives for Anycubic. I could honestly not ask for better help from anyone nor have I ever had this level of help from other company's support staff in the past. They take pride in helping customers with issues both big and small. They are the type of people many should strive to be like. I find it more akin to talking with a friend rather than a customer service employee. Their kind and knowledgeable service is unparalleled in today's world. Definitely three people that should be rewarded for their hard work and dedication. They make the experience seamless and favorable!
