I have nothing but good things to say about owning my Kobra 3 V2 combo. The one small issue I had was taken care of immediately. Shipping was extremely fast for a part coming from China. I would absolutely recommend anyone I know to get the same printer I bought. It prints beautifully. I thought my Ender 3 Pro printed well. The Kobra 3 V2 blows my old one out of the water. 5 stars

Extremely Disappointing Experience, +25 Days Late, No Communication

I ordered a Kobra 3 V2 Combo directly from the official website of Anycubic, expecting a professional and reliable service from the manufacturer itself.The promised delivery date was February 5. More than 25 days have now passed, and the product has still not been delivered.Even more concerning:No proper response to multiple emailsCustomer service unavailable during working hoursCancellation request submitted but not processedThere has been no transparency, no accountability, and no proper customer support.As a result, I have initiated a chargeback procedure through my bank.Buyers should be aware that even ordering from the official website does not guarantee timely delivery or responsive customer service. Please consider this risk carefully before purchasing.

This is my second Anycubic printer

This is my second Anycubic printer, and I am more than thrilled with it. I have already produced many great-looking, high-quality prints with it. I love how easy it is to use; I was up and running in just a few minutes. The new Kobra S1 can be controlled and monitored via the internet or the app, and everything has worked perfectly so far. I had to contact support once because of a problem with the printer on my end. I have never had such a friendly and helpful customer service representative. I wish other companies could offer this kind of service. Thank you very much, Anycubic!

Complete Loss of Trust

My experience with Anycubic has been one big disappointment. Instead of receiving a reliable product, I have spent months dealing with warranty claims, replacing parts, and waiting endlessly.In my experience, the quality of their printers has dropped to zero. Not a single printer has arrived without me having to start a warranty claim immediately after unboxing it. A defective motherboard, bent or damaged components, and repeated issues — and the same solution every time: “we will send another replacement part.”A customer should not have to act as a service technician at home, gradually rebuilding a brand-new printer piece by piece. After two months of troubleshooting, the issue should have been fully resolved, not prolonged with more experiments.Support communicates, but the system of handling issues is inefficient and exhausting. My trust in the brand is now completely gone.After this experience, I will not be purchasing Anycubic products again.

competitive prices and good service

Anycubic has very competitive prices. I bought 2 printers from them on eBay. One of them had a sensor failure after a few prints that led to further damages. When i asked for support they answered the same day and sent replacement parts without hesitation.Thank you for your support!

The customer service is fast and efficient!

I have several Anycubic printers (7 and counting). Anycubic support has so far never failed to address my support requests satisfactorily. David was the most recent tech to help with two issues. He had repair parts shipped within a day of my submitting the tickets.

DONT buy this yet

DONT buy this yet! program software unable to uninstall fully and when reinstall the old issue re appears and progam slice stuck for good in a blank screen except for the download page, when loading a stl either from the page that works it doesnt load any, if i try to open my earlier projects, it doesnt show any load, other than a blank grey screen§ i dont want any others to experience this issue, the updater failed installation and prompt me to retry, didnt work, so, now i cant even open any stl files or my previous projects are TRASH because anycubic team decide to make update installer faulty! now, where do i put a picture that shows the blank screen?
