Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. They guide you step by step to identify the actual problem and send the necessary replacement parts. If the problem isn't resolved, they continue to assist you until it is. You do need some experience and the desire to disassemble and repair the printer, but I'm very satisfied with my experience with customer service.

The support that I received was amazing…

The support that I received was amazing and with their help I was able to get the issue diagnosed within a couple of hours and then they dispatched a replacement part to me as soon as we knew the issue.

I am very happy with fast and reliable…

I am very happy with fast and reliable warranty service that helped me fix the printer issue I have . As I suggestion I need them to have in EU warehouse all replacement parts and ship the package fronEU to EU because that reduces the waiting time and customs huge delay from 3 weeks to 3 days , in EU customs his is mandatory to do because Bambu Lab ia sending from EU warehouse and replacement arrives to me in maximum 3 days ! Thank you .

Had issue with my printer

Had issue with my printer, extruder exploded... they told me they will send me a replacement part... everything was find until the package i've received wasn't what i needed for the repair, not even near of it... got an body posture device ( not related at all with 3d printing )... once told to them of this mistake they made, all they've answered is that i received the package... The printer is still under warranty, almost brand new, and not working...
