I would not give them even one star.I went in shop tried a top was for £32, marked up with the sale sticker and sale price, however went to pay and they asked me to pai full price, the excuse was they marked up with the sale sticker by mistake. No apologies for their mistake either. I used to buy stuff from them I will definitely avoid it now. Guys please be careful how much they charge you when you pay.
I ordered a trench coat and sweater from these folks on 9 January 2025. Package was going through DHL & on to USPS for delivery to Virginia. Toward the end of January, I still hadn't gotten anything, so I checked the tracking for both DHL & USPS. The package was in NJ with DHL and USPS in Avendel NJ was supposedly waiting for the hand-off. By 2 Feb, I contacted customer service. The woman was nice and refunded my money, but it was a disappointing experience. Not sure I'll try them again (especially after reading all the bad reviews here; seems like I dodged a bullet).
I wasted two weeks of my life waiting for my order and dealing with customer support. First, the order was delayed by a week, and I got an apology email (fine, it’s sale season, I get it). Then they shipped the order, but I didn’t get any email or notification about it – nothing.Later, the courier couldn’t deliver my package to the pickup point I selected, claiming it was an incorrect address (Really? I picked it from your website, I didn’t enter it manually). And no one informed me about this. NO ONE. I only found out by checking the tracker in my account.I contacted support, and they told me everything was sorted and my package would be delivered in a couple of days. After two more days, I reached out again, and they told me my order was processed as a return, and they couldn’t resend the same items to me. And, of course, the items are sold out on the website now. I still haven’t gotten my money back either.NEVER ordering from you again. This is absolutely unacceptable.
I bought a pair of overpriced winter shoes cause I expected them to be good quality. First day of using them water comes into the shoe thru the sole just by walking on wet ground. My sock doesn’t only get wet but it turns completely black from the shoes colour and so does my foot.
Be very wary of shopping with this company. They hide the returns cost in the returns blarb, and you have to search extensively to find how much you will be charged, for no reason at all. When you dispute the charge, the customer service are so unhelpful and cannot answer the simplest of questions, and avoid the actual answer.I will never shop here again, as the customer service is so poor.
I ordered online and only 2 of the 4 items I ordered arrived. When I called dcustomer service they said they can't do anything about it. So they won't refund me the money for the items that didn't arrive nor will they replace the missing items!! WORST EXPERIWNCD I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A RETAIKIER. NEVER PURCHASING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN!
I ordered twice from this website (.at), on two different occasions. Both times my parcel was not delivered for some kind of issue. Maybe it's time to change the courier?The only positive point is that the customer service was always quick to reply and process the refund, but they never offered any alternative (e.g. reship the items to me).
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEROn the 27th of December I purchased body lotion and body wash for a friends birthday from the store near Kingd Cross. I asked the shop assistant to take off or hide price and gift wrap. She spoke to another one of her colleagues all of the time whilst attending to my order. It was obvious she didn’t enjoy her job as she was miserable whilst attending to me. On the 7th January I gave my friend her present and was horrified and embarrassed to find the store assistant hand wrapped the TESTER body lotion. Since then I have on a number of occasions tried to get a solution to my complaint. At one point their customer care assistant said NOTHING I CAN DO. I went on line and added a photo of the products, three times they have sent the same response that is to return to the store although three time I have told them this is not convenient as I live in the North East of England. I’ve just completed another message to them and asked if I’m dealing with a robot.
