Review Time
I placed an order that never arrived. When I contacted customer service, I was met with unhelpful, scripted responses that did nothing to resolve the issue. Despite multiple attempts to request a refund, I was repeatedly told to ‘wait a little longer’ for a package that clearly wasn’t going to arrive! When I insisted on a resolution, the call was abruptly ended. Customer service is outsourced and completely ineffective, they rely on scripted responses and offer no real solutions. It’s impossible to speak to someone from & Other Stories directly, making the process even more frustrating. This has been a terrible experience, and I won’t be shopping here again.
This is the worst company ever avoid at all cost. I approve are they pretty clothes, but at this point they lost my items 3 times, don’t send me surveys after the calls when I ask them to, etc. I honestly will never purchase with them again.
Extremely frustrating service. Unsure how they can call themselves “customer service” as they were completely useless. Having possibly left my bank card at the till point in one of their stores l contacted their CS as unable to directly phone the store. Firstly the line was so poor that l had great difficulty hearing and had to constantly ask them to repeat what they were asking me. After being put on hold l was told that the store had not answered the phone and suggested l try again. Second time of calling, exactly the same response. Third time of calling at their suggested time, same again. Truly Groundhog Day! They then said l needed to visit the store and To add insult to injury was asked “can l help you with anything else today”. Seriously??? BAD BAD BAD. This has totally soured my opinion of &other stores and l will not be rushing to give them my custom again.
The customer service is ridiculously poor . They want to charge me £245 for a coat but treat so poorly. I signed up to their mailing list to get an email for them giving me a 10% code which I then couldn’t use as it wouldn’t work. Emails went back and forth via their customer service and they wouldn’t address the issue . Then bought the coat via H&M instead and the quality was insanely poor it’s deffo not 100% wool guys ! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY A COAT WHICH LOOKS LIKE A BATH ROBE!
Despite all the negative reviews I’ve had brilliant customer service from the & other stories customer service team.I was staying in an Airbnb & using a local shop to collect all my online shopping.🛍️ I had to leave early & couldn’t pick up packages worth over £400. The team sorted out the return & refunds quickly & responded to all my emails within 48 hours,Excellent, polite, friendly & helpful staff. 🤩
Website &Other Stories BelgiumOrdered on 25 January 2025, 2 items on their website: a clothing and a jewelry.Delivered Wednesday 29 January 2025. Picked up the "too small" package in the evening, not possible the clothing was in it, but "too big" for the jewelry. I was right. It was only the jewelry in a "too big" package.I'm shocked because I didn't get any email saying that they couldn't deliver what I ordered. So they do not have at all any customer service !In the evening I wrote an email, but on Thursday 30 January 2025 at 8h37, I called their customer service.Had this rude man on the phone who found it nearly normal that they do not inform clients when they are not able to deliver the requested items, because there is a discrepancy between the reality and what's shown on their website which is not updated in time! He found I was "too long" in my explanation and "couldn't change anything" and "had no time to continue the phone conversation". And he hung up.And till now, they still didn't answer my email.This was my first, and will be my last time I buy from their website !
Disgraceful service went to take back my coat back and they refused to accept any online returns even though the website clearly states I can return to store.Customer service is no better says its too late to return my item even though dispatch note and website says there are extended returns (Christimas period) I have until 31/01 so they do not follow their own policies. After complaining said I can try posting. I love the items they sell but the customer service is appalling.
Absolutely terrible customer service ! Not sure who is responsible for running the team but the service is totally useless! The member cannot find an item code by having the full name , cannot contact the London brunch store ! Cannot give name of mangers in UK or Europe in customer service ! No email address apart from generic one with the same level of service. Answer is mostly sorry madam we cannot do that we don’t have it!
I waited over a week for my order, only to be shocked when my dress arrived inside out—a clear red flag. Upon closer inspection, I discovered it was completely covered in makeup stains. For a £97 dress, this level of service is unacceptable. It's obvious the dress was a return that hadn’t been properly inspected before being sent out again. I expected much better from a brand that markets itself as premium and charges a premium price. Unfortunately, this experience has left me doubting whether I'll ever order from & Other Stories again.
