I love this store but their online delivery is a joke and needs a huge overhaul. I’ve ordered twice in recent months and both times the parcel has been lost in transit. This seems to be a constant problem but they don’t seem to be tackling the root cause. You have to chase them for a refund and wait a full 10 days before they’ll consider it. It really put me off ever using them again so they’ve lost me as an online customer forever.
Has anyone had the experience with & other stories returns? They accepted my return but have forgotten to pay my money back. I am a registered customer of the store and my order is logged on my account but they strongly insist that were unable to locate my order, even after I presented the return acceptance form. It is outrageous, I will never shop in their stores again!
Bought a brown satin top from Oxford Circus store paid £80. Washed before wearing followed instructions to the tee and washed on its own. It gathered at the back down the seam and came out with snags all over it. Customer service online won’t deal with me as it was bought in store and they apparently don’t have the ability to deal with store transactions even though I have the receipt and photos. I live 3 hours from London and it was a once a year trip and no stores near me so I have just lost £80 as can’t return to store. For a supposedly ‘high end’ retailer this is shocking customer service and in this day and age they can’t deal with store bought orders?? Wouldn’t get this service from Mint Velvet or another premium brand !! Avoid this brand their clothing is clearly terrible quality as is their customer service.
Sent an email to customer service (international) on 13 Dec (DOC#2024-11574688).I have yet to receive any reply from them. I received a wrong item. Ordered a tote bag, but got a blazer instead. Returning the item would cost me a USD25 return fee, thus I would have no choice but to wait for CS to respond.
If I could given this a minus star rating I would. I placed an order on 4/12 its now 12/12 and still now received, via Evri. Spoke with &otherstories customer services and they tell me I have to wait a further 10 days before they will find out where my parcel is. I have emailed their customer service dept but had no response to my email, avoid at all costs.
DO NOT order from & Other Stories; they are utterly. I returned items over a month ago and still have not received my refund despite tracking indicating that their warehouse had received my return. Two weeks after my return, I contacted them and was told to wait another two weeks while they "investigate". Those extra two weeks passed with zero update, and when I chased them they simply replied that they were "still investigating." Clearly a bunch of clowns. I will be filing an official complaint, and escalating to a claim with my payment provider.
I will stop shopping at any brands that use Evri as their courier. Evri has 100% stolen or lost my parcel, and other stories can’t do anything about it “we like to give our couriers some time”. Yeah ok ignore the paying customer and support the dysfunctional delivery company that repetitively steal and loose packages.ASOS were able to investigate the issue within 2 days and if Evri didn’t respond, they said they’ll resend me my order. What a shame that other stories can’t offer that level of service. This was my last time ever shopping with you. Hope using evri is worth losing customers.
