Review Time
I purchased an item online that was on sale. I did get a notification in my cart that the item was considered final sale because it was on sale. However, I purchased the winter 2025/26 wool pea coat in size small given the item description as "regular fit". When I received the coat and tried it on, I found that the item was actually really really oversized, so MUCH to big for me. I did contact the company and spoke with a customer service rep, asking for an exchange for a smaller size due to their false advertising of."regular fit". Company would not exchange the item even though it's their false advertisement that led me to order the wrong size for myself. I was offered a 10% discount code instead and it was suggested that I gift or donate the coat that I paid $179 for.

If there was a zero I would have chosen that! I ordered the same item twice now because the first delivery went wrong and now it's gone awry again. No explanation as to why just a refund. I definitely won't be ordering from them again - in this day and age of e-commerce it's just not acceptable to get it this wrong!
For several months I have been trying to liaise with this company to identify a package and return it to me which was confirmed as having been delivered to their warehouse by the courier and evidence provided. I have constantly had to chase them up, received responses which were time wasting as they had blatantly not read the email or case correctly, resulting in them shutting the case as their warehouse just said they didn’t have the package leaving me at a financial loss as a result. They would not liaise with the courier company who were really supportive in trying to resolve. I’ve unfortunately shopped here for a few years but after this experience will not use them again or recommend them. Not once was my concern escalated or recognised as a formal complaint despite me asking numerous times for it to be done.
I would give Zero stars if I could. I wouldn’t even bother trying to engage with this company - they will have you going around in circles and never actually address the issue that you are raising. Bonkers, time wasters that copy and paste fluffy disingenuous text in their emails. Avoid this store and their customer service at all costs.
Was worried due to bad reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Received delivery details regularly via email and collected my parcel within 5 working days. Received a text on the collection day and everything was nicely wrapped. I was happy with both the service, delivery and products as well.
