Asked store to hold an item for me. They said store policy is 48 hours. I wasn’t able to get to the store within 48 hours. They refused to hold the item and said we could sell item to other customers who come to the store after I gave them guarantee that I will purchase within 5 days
Has always been my favourite shop but the quality drop is crazy. I recently bought two dresses that cost £85 each and both shrunk after one wash on a cool temperature. The dresses are 100% viscose and feel like paper now they’ve been washed. Feels like I’m constantly disappointed with OS lately
Placed my order back on the 3rd July - update advising it’s been packed since the 6th but no sign of delivery any time soon - spoken to other stories and not expected before the weekend. It’s an absolute joke in 2024 for an online order to take this long especially from a retailer that charges a premium. Unfortunately my order will not arrive in time for the event for which I’ve purchased and therefore should it ever arrive I will be returning for a refund - waste of time all round.
Absolutely diabolical. What is the hold up with orders? I've only just received an "your order has shipped" notification over a week after I had placed it. I'm sure I'll be waiting another week to receive the thing now, especially as they use EVRI which is quite frankly useless; I shudder every time I see something being delivered by this poor excuse of a delivery company. Meanwhile, I made an order with Reiss on Monday and two days later its delivered promptly with excellent communications. PLEASE LEARN SOMETHING FROM THESE OTHER RETAILERS & OTHER STORIES!
Just a heads up - the color of green in the photo of the Twisted Alice Pine Green headband doesn’t match the actual headband. It’s a brighter pretty green in the website photo. It is really a darker, duller green. They need to have accurate colors depicted at these prices. It is a nice headband but color is disappointing. I called Customer Service and they had trouble understanding what I was saying which was very simple.
I placed an order on Thursday 27th June with standard delivery which states 4-5 working days, I today received an email saying my item is delayed when I called customer service to find out why and when I will received it they informed me not until next week some time which will be over 9 working days! I asked to cancel the order as I purchased for a trip they informed me this could not be done! There was no indication on there website that delivery was delayed this is really poor customer service
Two orders paid for items constantly available on the OS website. Money kept for weeks, no contact, no explanation, and eventually orders cancelled with the explanation that items are NOT available in their warehouse - however miraculously still available for orders on the OS website. Good idea for money collection, no? Customer service repeats slogans about how much they care and wish you a lovely day! I lost 80 euro on money refunds due to the differences on rate exchange. The solution they offered: order again. Unbelievable fraud! AVOID!
