Fraudulent company.

I had similar case to nick below. Ordered 2 x glass on 5 Feb, confirmation email on 8 Feb. Noted poor delivery details (delivered by ‘Others’). Rang and emailed for more details. No reply. Googled 16 digit tracking number and matched it to Hermes but 10 days later tracking details reflected not collected. Threatened company with police action by email and then 2 days later 1 of 2 ordered delivered.

Took the money-never delivered

I am having the same problem as others. Ordered some stove glass on 15th Feb. Got an e mail on 16th saying it had been despatched. Since then, nothing. They don't answer message or the phone. I will try and get a charge back via my bank. In the meantime I'd advise everyone not to touch this company with a bargepole.Update: Today the glass I received was delivered, more than two weeks after the promised delivery date. The company never responded to any of my e mails or answered the phone. They just appear to be totally incompetent.

Order delivered smashed after 11 days…

Order delivered smashed after 11 days (Courier at fault). Emailed 4 times without a response. Found local supplier and had to break corvid restrictions to get it..£10 cheaper. This company should be black listed. Total failed to respond. I shall get my bank to get refund AVOID.

Stay away from this company

Like many other no glass received and now the tracking number doesn’t come up with anything when it used to say we are awaiting your parcel. No reply to emails and by the look of other reviews there won’t be any replies. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered I will be in contact with my bank to see if I can get the charge refunded. What ever you do stay away from this supposed company.

Avoid. Take money, delivered wrong size & then ignored

Two weeks for delivery. Incorrect size delivered, been chasing a response for resolution for 10 days but no response at all. Judging by the reviews I suspect I may have been better using the £25 to light a fire. Disgusting way to do business. Thieves

Ordered 1st jan - £60 money out of bank and still no delivery ! Now 6th Feb - won’t answer emails or phone Shocking service have had to order from a different company and have received within 2 days Won’t use again
