Good prices, delivery okay, hard to contact.

Ordered replacement glass and stove rope. The order was delivered in 10 days. Everything was okay with the order. Good prices and delivery fine. The only negative is that they cannot be contacted, no response to email and the telephone just went to answer phone which said it could take no more messages.

Good price but haphazard service

Very late arriving ordered 3rd January and arrived yesterday, 30th.Well packaged and at a good price.I actually got through to Richard 3 times on the phone to chase this but no replies to a number of emails.I don’t think he’s a con man, just disorganised.Unfortunately won’t be using again because of this☹️

Don't order there!

Don't order there!You won't get your ordered item but the money is unfortunately out of my bank account and in their pocket.I ordered the item, got straightaway a confirmation and a day later a shipping email, But the item never arrived.I tried to get in connact with them, no response on emails or phone calls.

Terrible service..I ordered glass but…

Terrible service..I ordered glass but took so long to arrive I cancelled. It still arrived about a month later and so I returned but no refund. Con men?!

In the interests of balance and fairness

I placed an order on 2nd Jan 2021and had it confirmed straight away... then didn't hear anything for a week. On 11th Jan I emailed asking for an update.. then I saw the negative reviews on here and thought "Oh dear!". But then my order was delivered on the following day (12th Jan). So, whilst it would have been nice to be kept a bit better informed of the progress of my order, all-in-all I'm quite happy with the service I received given the present circumstances... and it doesn't strike me as being the actions of a conman or a fraudster.

Read the reviews and avoid this company

Ordered and paid for glass on 28th December but still waiting. Emailed and telephoned several times but no reply. Wished I read the reviews first. Ordered from a company on eBay and it arrived within 4 days perfectly packaged.

As others have said, no glass received and no answer to my emails. I did speak to the man and he said that he had sent out 300 orders that day, but 2 1/2 weeks after saying that it was out for delivery there is still no glass. I will contact my bank and try to get my money back.AVOID!Update I have now emailed them to say that I am taking them to the Small Claims Court on Thursday of this week if no response.Guess what?NO RESPONSE!!!Updated update My bank are going to reverse the transaction. If unsuccessful, I will take them to court.FURTHER UPDATEI have now received the glass. Received on 28.1.21, Hermes label on (very insubstantial) package says 2021-01-03. I do not know what this company is playing at. If many others have paid money and not received the goods, this needs action by the authorities. I have rung my bank, who have reversed the transaction, to thank them. As I have never had a reply to my emails, I am not going to try very hard to contact them again. Please note, there is another firm, a reliable firm, which is just one hyphen away from this one. Do not mix them up!
