ordered end of Dec .email received saying order dealt with 30th Dec. 2 weeks later has not arrived. emailed them to ask why. No reply.Tried phoning-mail box full. This is very poor service and I wonder if something incorrect is going on. Do not use.
Don't know if I'm being too harsh given the current situation but my order was marked as completed 29th Dec, then didn't turn up at the Hermes drop off until 9th Jan.I've now received it but apparently it has taken them 2 weeks only to package and ship me the wrong glass.Had no response when asking for a delivery update a week ago and, after emailing this morning about the wrong item being delivered, haven't heard anything on that yet either.
Ordered on the 11th December, processed confirm on the 13th December. Phoned repeatedly no answer, emailed no reply. Getting to the point of asking bank to retract payment now. I don't mind a delay with covid but ignoring left messages and emails left me with little confidence with this company.Update the glass arrived today via Hermes so not contacted trading standards. However they are letting themselves down with no customer service at all. Shame as the product is good. Unfortunately cannot rely on this company to order again
DO NOT USE THIS ‘COMPANY’. Unfortunately I did not see any reviews before placing an order. Richard Musgrove - does NOT reply or refund. He is committing FRAUD on every order placed. There is another so called Company that Musgrove has too BEWARE !EVERYONE SHOULD INFORM CAB / TRADING STANDARDS.I have noticed another similar company which ends with .com - this appears to be a different company entirely. They appear to be legitimate. Be careful when typing the address !
Ordered for next day delivery - didn’t arrive - emailed and phoned, eventually got a reply that it hasn’t been dispatched due to social distancing/fewer staff (no apology!) but would be dispatched that day for next day delivery - It still hasn’t arrived. Wish I’d ordered from another company now and don’t know whether to just go and visit a physical shop but Sod’s law if I go any buy glass from a shop the glass I have ordered will arrive and I’ll be left out of pocket. I understand covid has made things difficult for businesses but if they can’t live up to their next day promise then they shouldn’t offer it, and they could at least apologise in response!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.... we ordered glass for our wood burner after three weeks it didn’t arrive although it said on the website two days delivery, my husband drove to the actual shop which was about 30 miles away after four weeks to find out what had happened to our order, the guy who owns the company blasé said sorry I haven’t ordered it yet we’ve been busy it will be with you on the Friday this was on Wednesday the following Monday still no glass arrived, I phoned him and got in touch with him after leaving 15+ messages again still No glass arrived poor poor service 🤬
I placed my order on Friday 6th November and received a confirmation e-mail stating delivery would be 2 to 3 days but if not received after 14 days to contact them. I received the item today 16th November, exactly 1 week from the payment leaving my bank. The packing slip shows it had been shipped out on the 9th so it was the carrier what caused the delay not the company although in these crazy times 7 days I think is reasonable. H.Gentry
