I placed my order at 1:50, and it has been more than 1 hour since it was not delivered. According to your customer service, there isn't a driver available, so why did you receive my order online. I'm waiting for it and on talabat app. it will take 90 to 100 minutes. I'm paying you for the order, but it would be easier if I ordered from somewhere else. This is my first order, and the experience has been the worst.
Worst customer service. There is no option in the app to call customer service agent and even the live chat is totally unhelpful. They just appologize for u and tell u we will make request and they will call u back and nothing happens. They dont solve any problems. 👎👎👎👎
Worst service.I ordered through Talabat before 11.30 AM, and the order was ready in the outlet at 11.34 AM, and I received it at 2.10 PM. What an amazing service I have encountered today. I can understand that some of the orders will get delayed, but this is only possible in Talabat
Pure thief. The idea of Talabat is to charge deilvery fees. What Talabat is doing is that they load the price of each item in the order, making them generate money more than the resturant itself. Today i was planning to order some pastery which i used to buy it for 51 dirhams from the pastery, while on talabat it is 96!!! this is bull shit, order is cancelled and talabat application is totally wiped off from my device.
