Worst Delivery Service

I’m a regular customer with Talabt for many years, today I had the worst incident with your team where I placed an order for lunch from one of my common restaurants and after 25 min I called the restaurant to check they informed me food was ready and rider didn’t reach yet .Hence I contacted help center to inform them that rider will be late and food will be cold unbeatable, so better to cancelHowever, they ignored me and still sent the rider with food after more 45min which of course was cold I told them I don’t want to accept the order and since for more than 6 hours I tried to get a refund for talabt delivery mistake with no help at allIt’s not about money it’s about principal that I should not be forced to pay money for food I don’t recommend anyone to use their scamming services , I’ll not let this go and I’ll not pay for this no matter what it takes

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service and No Support

I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with Talabat. My order was delayed for an unreasonable amount of time, and there was absolutely no meaningful support provided. Attempts to contact customer service were either ignored or met with unhelpful responses. It felt like the company was trying to deflect responsibility rather than resolve the issue.Customers deserve transparency and real solutions—not vague replies and delays. I expected better from a platform of this size, but unfortunately, my experience suggests otherwise. I will be reconsidering my use of this service going forward.

Fraudulent service

They became such a bad service provider, i ordered 2 sandwiches worth 100 bucks and we received a half sandwich and not even the one we chose and the 2nd almost empty, no ingredients in it. We threw it immediately even animals won’t eat such items, When i complained, talabat just gave back a voucher with 30 dirhams and didn’t refund the totality. They are thieves and their customer service isn’t even reachable. We had multiple incidents with the deliverymen as well not handling food properly and we just kept hoping they would improve till this time, enough is enough. Don’t order from them if you want clean service.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Talabat. I placed an order expecting all items to be delivered correctly, but I received an incomplete order. To make matters worse, when I reached out to customer service, they refused to replace the missing items or issue a refund, simply because I reported the issue after their two-hour window.This policy is unfair to customers who may not have the opportunity to check their order immediately. I was working and couldn’t address the issue earlier, yet Talabat failed to take responsibility for their mistake. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I will definitely think twice before using their service again.I hope they reconsider their approach and prioritize customer satisfaction over rigid policies.

Hi Everyone

Hi Everyone I just wanted to express my opinion about talabat, talabat has more scammers than anyone in UAE. they will cancel the orders without cross checking with restaurants and the one who handle the customer service he/she doesn't have knowalge about the food products they just receive the compalints from customers and without rectifiying it they cancel. all of you check the dash boards now talabat has new idea to scam restauarent they just put more over the order and they charge comissions on restaurants its just team of scammers who charge commissions over commissions and close the well doing restaurant. they don't want block the fake and fraud customers they keep entertaining them for their own benefits. their account team and management is hilarious. they not even care about restuareants they just run to u when u ask them for marketing .one of the worst delivery service in UAE, because they don't have competitors
