I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with the order#2080452660. The food was not delivered on time and the delivery time kept getting changed multiple times without any clear explanation. I waited far longer than expected, and there was no proper communication or apology for the delay. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially when people rely on accurate timing for their meals. I hope Talabat and the restaurant take this feedback seriously and work on improving delivery reliability.

They cancelled the order without informing us because their drivers vehicle broke down. There is no way to contact them or now they have also removed their chat options. What a poor service.

Talabat is a disaster

Talabat is a disaster! My order was late, cold, and wrong—burnt pizza with over-fried chicken. They cancel orders automatically without reason and refuse refunds. When you ask for one, they block your account. They steal customers money. Customer service agents only cares about getting a good rating, offering no help. The app is glitchy, and food quality is terrible. Save your time and money—stay away from Talabat! ZERO stars, but I have to give one to post this.

An absolute disgrace

An absolute disgrace. Talabat is by far the worst food delivery app I’ve encountered in Dubai. Their practices are deceptive and borderline fraudulent. They openly admit to their mistakes in emails and messages, yet fail to take any meaningful action—especially when it comes to issuing refunds. Despite acknowledging full responsibility in three separate messages, all I receive in return are generic, copy-pasted responses. This isn’t just poor service—it’s deliberate and dishonest treatment of customers. I will never use this app again, and I strongly urge others to stay away. It’s a complete scam.

The worst food app

The worst food app, the order is completely wrong which happened twice they never refund and indian customer service spoke unclear English in arabic county in which most population speaks only arabic. What’s the hell is this? I am not using this again. I have reported missing items immediately and no refund so late outside the refund window. 100% scammers won’t use again and I don’t recommend.
