Unprofessional

Unprofessional, never arrives on time, on the app it says 30 to 40 mnts , they show up after 2 hours. Its been a while I'm facing this issue with talabat. The food comes cold if its hot and hot when its cold. Uninstall and relax without a stress. There is many other apps they are doing much much much better than TALABAT

The worst ever …the first issues it was…

The worst ever …the first issues it was because the restaurant did not follow the instructions and they want me to take the order even it was still in the restaurant the agent of talabat was super rude while discussing with me the issue and the second matter I ordered from the grocery and some items were not there no body call me or ask me if I want substitute or cancel the order they just refund the money of the missing items without even asking me if I’m ok with that or no honestly I’m not going to use this app at all they are not professional at all

Even more concerning is the lack of urgency and effectiveness in customer support when dealing with serious issues.If something goes wrong—such as fraudulent activity—you may find it extremely difficult to get a proper resolution or timely assistance. Support responses are slow and unhelpful, even in urgent situations.Use with caution, and monitor your payment methods closely.

Pure scammers

Pure scammers, I was trying to order the card was being declined, yet I was charged, I reached out their support which is the worse they don't know how to read and replying with ready templates like robots and they denied everything, even though I gave them screenshots and evidence. Such shame they are thieves

I am very disappointed with the service…

I am very disappointed with the service provided by your customer support agents. They seem to lack basic problem-solving skills and common sense. Instead of resolving restaurant concerns, they often suggest canceling the order right away, and in some cases, they even proceed with cancellations or refunds without informing the restaurant or conducting any proper investigation.Additionally, it’s extremely frustrating that there’s no way to contact the rider directly through the Talabat app. If an item is missing, the restaurant has no way of coordinating with the rider to fix the issue quickly. Your agents are unable to reach the riders themselves and don’t provide a way for us to do so either.This poor communication wastes time and money for both the restaurant and Talabat. I strongly suggest you train your agents better and consider adding a feature to contact the rider directly in case of delivery issues. It would help reduce unnecessary cancellations, refunds, and customer frustration.

Terrible customer service and terrible riders

Talabat are the worst delivery platform. The agents and riders are terrible. Most of their riders are unhygienic and terrible attitudes. Their agents motto is “no worries” but the issues is not taking care of. Excessive callings they will waste your time and when they realize that the issues is being serious they will tricked you for a certain amount voucher just to get a 5 star rating after the calls they will send a message to rate. But they will never give the certain amount they mentioned. Customer not receiving the orders due to riders fault and waste the time to raised a complaint and tricked you so that they will get a rating! Scammers
