I advice everyone to not use it. I even had PRO account and i was using it for many years, but recently they are showing the poorest service. The moment i decided to delete my account was due to theft, as I was double charged for the same order, one agent saying it will be refunded in 5-7 days, then someone calling to say that they did not take any money, but i got message from my bank and i have checked the balance and i was charged twice. Useless people and very rude. Better use NOON or amy other delivery app. TALABAT IS SHAME
I ordered meat from Talabat yesterday and today I discovered it was spoiled. There was no possibility to speak to customer services. When I sent an email I got an automatic response to get help on the website, which isn't giving any possibility to complain about quality or speak to someone. Bad service.
I wrote clear that my order not to be spicy because it's for my kids. Paid Aed103. Unfortunately it was spicy. I called them thinking they will replace it, instead they called me the next day and wrote to me that they will compensate me with Aed15 only. We did not eat the food and we lost our money. Very bad service and no phone to call to discuss. Never again talabat
‼️Scammers Alert talabat ‼️After 3 weeks of waiting and useless conversations with talabat Jo “useless” Cx team I’m choosing to escalate the issue on linkedin hoping that using a professional platform would attract the attention of their professional employees “if any” - Basically what happened is the following:- I placed an order using the app- The order got cancelled (which is normal)- The amount got added to my wallet, or shall I say “fake” wallet?- Tried to use the talabat pay wallet amount but an error kept happeningLong story short, reinstalled the app, tried using the web app, logged out/in again but nothing happened. The error is getting randomized between 3 error messages, on just saying the “account got blocked”, another one “some kind of error occurred”, and finally “try to order after 30 mins or something like that”. Some people faced the same issue with no solution (check trust pilot and google reviews) The weird thing is you have a clear backend bug in your “checkout”!! This is the first time I see an app with checkout issue and their Cx team is just stalling but nothing else! Maybe you need some help debugging the issue? Or maybe the next solution will be “restart your router”? Let’s find out
Very very unprofessional stuff, today I've ordered from Viva supermarket and I received a chicken breast of 1kg which is going to expire tomorrow which I'm supposed to eat all tonight this is really not good image you're giving. Also not even frozen it is chilled and the plastic cover is like a balloon bcs stays too long in the fridge near to expire. I called to bring me again another chicken breast with a different labels then I've been told that I have to go to the nearest viva and change it, so basically they can't do the job properly. No customer service to talk with on talabat. Shall I pay a taxi with my own money to correct you're mistake?????. Tomorrow I'm going to send the picture and an email of this chicken breast to Dubai Municipality. Bcs they have to check your products.

This is a clear-cut case: I ordered and paid for a specific item, which is clearly stated on the invoice, but I received something else entirely.Their stalling tactics and refusal to resolve this issue are not just poor service; they border on fraudulent behavior. I explicitly mentioned that I would escalate this matter to the customer protection agency if they didn’t resolve it promptly, but my warnings were ignored.I urge everyone to be cautious when ordering from Talabat. If this is how they handle clear mistakes and mistreat paying customers, it’s a huge red flag. I am extremely disappointed and will not hesitate to share this experience widely to warn others about their practices. Avoid Talabat if you expect reliable service and accountability.
