Lazy and unprofessional application

Looks like Talabat is not capable nor willing to to serve its customers. I made an order to be delivered to JAFZA many times, and many times I got my delivery. Today I ordered and the driver called me saying he hasn't got the gate pass. Driver's gate pass is not for me to sort out. Why did the order go through in the first place? Is it that hard to set the application so that restaurants that cannot access JAFZA simply decline the order. On the top of that, I told driver to meet me at gate 9 when he called me (wasting my time picking up an order although I paid for delivery). The driver calls me after sometime to tell me he is at gate 12 and I should come there (I haven't the time to accommodate him, he is the one delivering, not me). So driver makes a decision where he will deliver? What a circus, unprofessional and lazy service.

This are fraud people,With out otp someone hack my card and ordered from talabat,when I asked talabat to help me with the information of the person who ordered,they didn't not helped me and talk to me very rude, please do not share card details on talabat.This is not safe app to share the card details

They are scamming people off their money. I ordered from papa jones the restaurant was running a promotion on their combos, instead of 185 Qatari Riyals you pay 119. They charged full amount!!!upon following up they said the coupon cannot be refunded. I never paid using any coupons, it was a deduction from debit card. I have receipts and screen shots of the conversations and the offer. Ohh by the way even the restaurant staff told me this is not the first time they are doing this it is happening to so many customers. I deleted the app and urging my contacts to watch out on the scam.

My experience with the was terrible.Which is I order the food. I did not get my food.+ and the captain was unprofessional , rude ignoring the message.I try more several times to contact theDoesn’t work.Very very terrible talabat your service.I will never use talabat again Thank you so much.

Probably the worst customer service…

Probably the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I’ve closed my account and will never use them again.Use one of their competitors as this company doesn’t care for their customers one bit.

I requested a refund for a canceled…

I requested a refund for a canceled order months ago and still haven’t received it. This is the second time this has happened. Each time, they assure me I’ll get the refund in 24 hours. If it doesn’t arrive, they tell me they spoke to the finance team and that it will take another 5-7 days. Be cautious with canceled orders—they might just take your money. I’m still waiting for my refund.

it was horrible. i ordered some groceries from talabat mart and i chose to pay with visa. so i payed then when i was done the order disappeared like i hadnt made an order, and the value i payed was over 700 EGP. and it had already been taken from my band account. so i called customer service. i got in a call with an agent and he didnt know what to do so he gave me another agent but he didnt know what to do also. so then they finally gave me a so-called manager named Karim but when i asked what his full name was he literally said karim bas. and that was an extremely rude response. then i asked him to send out my order because i had already paid but he insisted to say that the money would be returned in 7 working days which is too much. then when i insisted for him to give me his manager or boss he said he had nothing to do and that the boss wasn't available and that he was the highest person in that current shift. after that i kept arguing with him for him to at least give me my money back but then he closed the call without giving a heads up
