The worst app ever.. this is the third time that they charged me for order rhat I placed and while checking the order status I get to know that the order not in progress and when I call they give me useless answers mentioning that the money will be refunded in 5 to 7 days and that is a glitch on their system .And I haven't got any refund and I keep on calling asking about the money and following up with no action been taken from their side.
Find it very deceiving my order amount showed 31.57 on delivery I has to pay 37 the hidden charges delivery 5.90 plus service fees 1.40. In my opinion these charges must be disclosed on order, adding charges on delivery is deceiving. The management of talabat look into these charges and must display these charges at the time ordered placed.
Talabt company is the biggest scam the costumer care is really bad i first time order came wrong second time they called me driver did an accident which is not correct because i calleed the driver and he told me am still waiting for order for next time i ordered for 4 hours and they didnt solve my issue they took the money and i didnt get my food frauders and scammers and liers and if i can put less than 1 star i will not hesitate
THIS IS A COMPLETE OBVIOUS FRAUD .............Alright missed items 😔 trying to talk to your customer service which is completely sucks (I paid in cash and I want the 50 pounds in cash) I don't give a ...... about your wallet. I am not going to deal with any of you again. This is my money which your driver has stolen it.
I didnt even want to give one star but needed to in order to write review. I been having trouble with using my debt card. After almost a year of using it.They suggested contacting my bank and bank of america which I did many times. The issues is not with them ! Talabat is incompetent and ignorant and doesn't understand English properly. If they are dealing with foreigners that need to understand the language. Im over them. I'm searching for a new online food service. I'm absolutely sick and tired of this ! I'm a disabled senior and need to be treated with respect, kindness and patience. Inshaallah I find a new service soon and Bye-bye to talabat.
