We had ordered food via Talabat from Chappan Bhog restaurant and order was cancelled after one hour on Talabat app for refund.There is no reason why the order which is already prepared by the restaurant is cancelled on Talabat and refund is still not credited back....The worst and pathetic service from Talabat... no contact number at Talabat.
Talabat cancelled our order after taking full payment (AED130). We opened a ticket for refund and they called to say they would refund the amount - and never did. There is no number to call and our account shows there were no past orders.NEVER EVER USE THIS ORGANISATION.
the worst customer service, with the worst uncaring communication robotic line ever. I have been a loyal customer for so long but I will never recommend talabat to anyone, order delayed for 2 hours and the customer service all they do is tell me am here for you, a person by the name of Mohammed Usman has given me the worst experience i ever had, very cold and no since of emergency, and i don't care attitude. really the most frustrating ever . am canceling my subscription and never ordering or letting anyone I know order from this place
They have recently changed the customer service system and instead of addressing the issue just ignore the customer request and change the request status as resolved!!!I neither received my order nor got refunded!!!
Worst experience!!! Delivery person ran away with my order and these people asked me to cancel the order after waiting for 2 hours... seriously lost hope and they don't even know how does a CX experience matter to them! Their executive Harika kept repeating call our CX care but there is no number at all I sent mails they ask us to chat and their chat closes without any active order wow ...u guys are doing nothing apart from heating ur seats!
