I had a very bad experience with Talabat.mor then one month he can't solve small issues I placed one orders , and I received missing items, and i pay cash and every time the support team said, "We can't contact the market to compensate you!" This means that if there is a problem with the order, your money is gone, and you are not compensated or resolved. All they do is apologize and that's it! Honestly, this is not the level of a large company like Talabat, nor is it professional customer service.
Worst customer and partnership service ever… they steal people’s money by subscribing them into talabat pro without their consent and you talk to them they do nothing they are useless, as for partnership service they are liers and very bad the simplest way for them is to run away from their responsibility and refund the customers on behalf of the restaurants, they should learn from keeta and snoonu but by far their level is way below them
Sometime when ordering something from any restaurant with specific instructions not followed. They send you whatever they have without calling. I raised a complaint and they asked me to keep the item to be picked up as the refund will take place in time. No body pick it up, the spent two days just asking me to wait and be patient after all. Some one called me and just repeating like a robot sorry maam we cant refund your money!!!! Only repeating and repeating. Not recommending to use Talabat at all.
By far the worst food and groceries delivery service in the UAE. Every single order is delivered with a lot of delay. Drivers taking detours to avoid SALIK gates, late picking up orders. Or just randomly stopping. After complaning so many times no improvement.

Don’t deal with this company, guys — they’re awful and total scammers! Everyone complains about them. I ordered stuff worth more than 1,500 EGP from talabat mart , and the delivery guy only brought 3 items. From the way he talked and acted, I could tell he was the one who took the rest.I contacted them a hundred times, and every time they said they’d “follow up with me.” Then, after a week, I got a call saying that “the system decided” they can’t refund my money.I filed several complaints, and every time, the response was the same — the system said so, and I wouldn’t get my money back.Amazing system, really. Good job
