I’ve had the worst experience with Talabat. My order was never delivered, and it’s now been 3 days with zero resolution. I’ve contacted customer support multiple times, and all I keep getting are copy-paste responses with no real help or refund.This is completely unacceptable — I paid for something I didn’t receive, and Talabat is refusing to take accountability. Deliveroo and Careem have NEVER treated me like this — they handle issues instantly and professionally.I’m deleting my account and will never use this app again. Talabat needs to do better.
I wish if i can put 0stars really im so upset im years and years with this company this not my first time i had some problem with the delay or the rude customer service like mobeen k but this time was horrible he was not helpful at all he ruin everything i ask him where is my order directly he cancel my order after one h waiting my order and i must take my medication so he cancel it and then he tell me order again and i will try to help to get the order fast really this is unprofessional im so upset i order now again but if the company didn't refund me and was rude it will be my last time and i think its my last time cause really they are unprofessional and now there many more apps ...
I Will never order with talabat any more. I order a pizza. The restaurant is just 5 min walking distance. Thebpizza was ready in the restaurant after 25 min but the driver delivered to me after 65 min later. He called me so manytimes and told me that he is in front of my house ..but he wasn't i told him he is in a wrong location. He get angry and told me that i gave wrong location. So I let him tell me my location and it was right... he was everywhere but not in my location. I was driving around and then I found him completely in wrong location.
If you are just moving to Dubai. DO NOT USE TALABAT. Absolute disaster. Ordering meals twice/thrice a day. And orders are late, completely go missing!? cold and/or wrong. If it’s wrong, make sure you do a proper studio photoshoot. Because they just won’t accept someone else’s name on a receipt. Just go with Deliveroo - and be done with it.
less than a star.. they never take responsibility Talabat support staff are prisoners to a rigid process. it is well known that Talabat are responsible of any mistake happens (like a totally wrong order) !! yet they fail to comply to this responsibility, and the sad part is that they take customers light!! sad, but true. If you oray for rain you got to deal with the mud, and Talabat is failing to fulfil customers rights.I have been going back and forth for more than 24 hours now with their complaints team which is a total failure.

There’s no direct number to call for issues like this. You end up talking to four different agents who don’t know how to handle the problem. It’s honestly ridiculous that Talabat can’t manage such a small issue properly — especially compared to other delivery services like Deliveroo.Talabat has the worst complaint-handling system I’ve experienced. 49 AED may be a small amount, but when you compare it to the stress and headache this service has caused, it feels like I’ve lost thousands.Talabat — worst service ever!
I was a pro talabat member for more than 4 years but lately the service is starting to drop down . They are sending 2 orders with the same driver so expect your food to be cold. they are shifting order to other far restaurants ( a 10 minutes drive was shifted to a 24 minutes ) . i just canceled my sub with talabat . All they are good at is delivering cold or missing orders then compensating you with 15 aed after ruining your lunch break.
