Eww no like actually EWW This is not service so bad I can’t even explain what happened there is too much and it will take 2-3 business days to me to write this review but I will keep it short and I will say this VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE NO RESPECT AND NO RESPONSIBILITY .
Talabat is delivering molded food items! They don’t have anywhere any information that apparently if you want to return a bread that turned blue from mold you need to do it within 24 hours. So after I managed to register a complaint they happily closed it and never refunded saying that 24 hrs elapsed. I see it as a rip off and a convenient excuse. Never again will order from them! And don’t recommend to anyone!

I ordered food, and the app showed it was delivered – but I never received anything. The delivery guy never answered his phone, and I was left hungry and frustrated.To make things worse, Talabat’s call center is useless. There’s no real help, no accountability – just wasted money, time, and stress. It’s beyond disappointing.I strongly advise everyone to avoid ordering from Talabat Dubai. They’ve lost my trust completely. Don’t risk going through what I did.
very very bad customer service i have an issue from last week until now no call that they solved the problem!! some items did not receive and its the drivers fault or the market and am not going to pay for items did not receive in hands and i asked for a refund but no solution from the customer service very low service
Very bad experienced!!!! Talabat either we received food which is open and food was cold and eaten by the driver. Or delivery will took more than 2 hours before you receive and as I said food is unsafe. Talabat knew this is always happening but they will just refund your money and thats it. Thats why it kept happening again and again. Worst service ever, take note they will refund your money on the app itself doesn't make sense still customers has no choice in order to get the money you can only use it to orders with them. The most ridiculous service ever! I wish Dubai Economic department soon close this horrible company and the service is always horrible! I personally never ever will order from talabat. Good luck to everyone who use this shitty service!
