I’m shocked that a customer service team can’t resolve a basic technical issue. I can no longer access my account because my password stopped working. Instead of helping me reset it and regain access, the support team simply told me there’s nothing they can do!I’ve spent money on this app and purchased vouchers, but now I’m locked out and they refuse to refund me or help me to gain access to my account. The app itself isn’t working properly, and when you run into problems the support doesn’t help. This has been a total waste of time and money.
I was charged for missing items in my order and when I complained they deeply apologized and said they”ll see what they can do.. nothing was doneThen after 3 days I contact them again my request marked as “resolved” tho they did nothing about it didn’t refund nor send the missing items!! They called me and that person kept repeating the same sentence “sorry we tried to help you but the system not accepting “ and with all the things I said he kept saying it over and over like a robot! It was even more frustrating . stupid policies they literally said that they don’t have refunding or sending whats missing policy in iraq branch?!! Are you admitting that you’re going to charge me for something I didn’t get and I can’t do anything about it!!

Untrained representatives who just copy paste response from a template without even reading the issue & trying to understand & help. It was very clear that I received wrong order but no matter how you explain or how many pictures you sent, they keep copy pasting same answer that your order was delivered correctly. Exact same response different agents which makes it even more clear that they don’t read and they don’t care!
Talabat is cheating the customers. When we select items , it’s been asked to add more items to make it free delivery. When we add , then it’s asked again to add more. We have to keep spending more and end up paying th double of what we wanted to spend . It’s all cheat

I was charged for missing items in my order and when I complained they first apologized and claimed I’ll be refunded full amount within half an hour .. nothing was done Then again another person replied and claimed that I’ll be given partial refund after half an hour and again it’s been three days and nothing done UNACCEPTABLE I WILL NOT PAY FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT RECEIVE!
The worst most incompetent customer service. I was promised a refund in writing on the chat and then told later a refund would not be provided because I have requested too many refunds and am a suspicious customer- wow. Mind you, Talabat has to approve refund requests with proof. I do not make a decision on that. How absolutely ridiculous! How is it my fault that refunds were provided for orders that were not satisfactory? This is the most corrupt and unethical thing I have ever heard! I was made to feel like a criminal for them providing refunds for their own negligence! Shame on you Talabat! 7 different agents will use copy and paste responses to resolve your complaint and don’t have the ability to write English correctly. They have 0 comprehension and critical thinking skills and no one is quality checking their customer service. Clearly these people don’t use food apps in their own life so they are not aware of issues that arise when you order something! Their so called “immediate management” is absolutely pathetic and have no idea what they are doing! Low level third class customer service agents who read off of a script with poor English but seem to have good English when they want to deflect and blame you! Extremely annoying agents with 0 skills that can’t handle anything! Imagine not being able to call or email customer service but instead use a chat service with agents who copy and paste responses with no individual attention and care! Shame on you Talabat! Your entire customer service is pathetic and below standard!
Worst Customer Support Experience Ever!I am extremely disappointed with the customer support I received. This has been, without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company. This company clearly hires unprofessional, clueless agents who have no authority, no problem-solving skills, and no care for customers whatsoever.I placed an order yesterday and received it incomplete, despite paying the full amount. I immediately contacted your customer support via live chat, providing clear proof with photos and specifying exactly which items were missing.Instead of receiving a proper response or resolution, I was met with over 10 automated replies from different agents, all repeating the same generic apology without addressing my case. I still can't believe I got 10+ automated replies from different agents—all identical, meaningless, and useless.Then I received 7 phone calls from different agents, and the responses were pure nonsense. The agents clearly lacked authority and professionalism. They are scripted! At one point, they told me that their system detected certain actions on my account that prevented them from resolving the issue. When I asked for clarification, they refused to explain due to “privacy reasons”—effectively avoiding responsibility and turning the blame on me. They admitted there was a problem with my order but claimed they couldn’t do anything because of vague “system restrictions.” When I asked for clarification, they refused to explain, hiding behind a "supposed privacy" policy. This is not just unhelpful. You are turning the blame on me without clear reasons? It’s insulting!I asked multiple times for a supervisor escalation and a phone call from their supervisor to resolve the issue. Nothing happened. No supervisor ever called me back! My request was simply closed without fixing anything. For a company that claims to care about customers, this is a joke.Even after 24 hours and repeated attempts, all I got were the same automated, generic replies. No explanation. No solution. No accountability. It’s obvious they do not care about their customers, service quality, overall customer satisfaction or basic human decency!I am beyond frustrated. I expect a refund for the missing items or, at the very least, a discount coupon for this nightmare of a service.This company has just lost a loyal customer. I will never use your service again.To make matters worse, this company doesn't even provide a proper hotline to reach a real human or file a complaint. Another clear sign of unreliability and poor reputation. It's just a pure untrustworthy organization!
