The worst delivery company in UAE. Not professional at all. All the prices are higher than the restaurant in around 10 to 15 AED and sometimes more! They show there are vouchers that you can not redeem! And their reply always you will not face the same issue next time!
⚠️ Beware of Dealing with Them ⚠️An amount of EGP 1,180 was deducted from my bank account with no service provided!I tried to reach what they call their “customer service” after a struggle — they don’t even have an official customer service number, which shows how unprofessional this company is.📌 I sent them screenshots of the two transactions (totaling EGP 1,180) and filed a complaint. They said they would get back to me within 24 hours… but they never did.📌 I contacted them again through their Facebook page, and they simply replied: “It’s a subscription!” — even though I never subscribed to anything.💡 Summary: They are basically stealing people’s money under the name of a subscription!✅ If you must deal with them, use cash only.✅ There are many other apps and companies that are far more professional and trustworthy.
The worst experience I had in Dubai, they charged my card for an order and immediately cancelled due to technical issue. Called customer service, they informed me the money will be refunded immediately and asked me to order again and give them 5 star review. I did, nothing happened. I called again, same feedback money will be refunded within 5 days, waited and nothng happened. Five agents sending me same and telling me you will get refund within 30 minutes and asking me to give 5 star review for the contact!! After two weeks of chasing and lies, I escalated to consumer protection, someone called me from talabat and informed me that payment was never processed and he just processed refund. Lesson learned, don't trust them as they sub-contract cheap customer service who wouldn't mind lieing yo get review. I immediately uninstalled it and removed my cards and will never ever deal with this company again.
Since subscribing to Talabat PRO, my experience with your platform has gotten significantly worse — which is the exact opposite of what I expected from a paid subscription.Orders are now consistently delayed, and delivery riders are being assigned from the farthest branches possible, even when closer options are available. This never happened before I subscribed to PRO. It feels like I'm being penalized for subscribing — how does that make sense?This defeats the entire purpose of paying for a premium service. I subscribed to Talabat PRO expecting priority service and convenience, not unnecessary delays and inefficient logistics.This needs to be addressed immediately. Either fix the delivery routing issue for PRO subscribers, or refund the subscription — because this is not the service I was promised or paid for.Looking forward to your prompt and serious response.
Talabat’s customer service is absolutely disgraceful, unhelpful, and completely incapable of handling a simple complaint. No accountability, just endless excuses and blame-shifting. One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. VERY SHAMEFUL AND PATHETIC SERVICE PLATFORM
Worst delivery application experience. Promise 1 month free trial, cancelling after a week without notification. Customer service is telling its 2 weeks free trial, in the app written 1 month. No help providing , different information who h mislead you as customer . Deleted my paid subscription, and removed all the rewards , existing wallet balance . After I raised a request to provide refund for the subscription and wallet balance , they don’t help , keep ping ponging in the email, and do not want to help on anything . Basically as of now they took my money and not willing to provided Services or refund. Not recommended service and app at all!
For normal day-to-day food orders, they are just OK, not more not less.Usually, you don’t feel any wow! Its just less than average.When it comes to any issue or mistake done by their workers then its an OGM problem; they never read reviews, they never listen and they don’t have any policy and procedures in place.More than 70 emails and text in-App and more than 30 telephone calls, with zero value!!Simply they do not respect their customers. Ps; in fairness to their higher management; I did receive apology email and full refund.
