Do not apply to ADCB talabat credit…

Do not apply to ADCB talabat credit card. It is kind of scam.The didn’t give me the bonus credit. I complained, no response.Additionally, I was given wrong information whether it was intentional or not.Bottom line, this credit card is not worth it without the credit bonus. And you won’t probably get it.

I placed an order and received incomplete items.. but talabat still charging for full amount

I placed an order and received notification that other items are not available.. i removed the items but still talabat has charged the same amount they have not deducted the items which are not available...

This is really the worst ever service…

This is really the worst ever service provider, if you want to order food, choose other companies, they took my order for suhoor, I waited one hour and nothing was delivered, I started to speak to customer care and they kept lying saying my order is on the way, ten mins, then when half an hour passed, mentioned that their driver is taking his suhoor, then said my order is not picked up, then finally cancelled my order completely after two hours and I ended up with my family fasting without suhoor ...they even dismissed my complaint with no action and didn't bother even to give me a courtesy call, they are the worst and when I contacted the restaurant, they showed me they kept calling Talabat center for like fifteen times to send someone to pick up my meal and then they ended up receiving messages that the customer can't be resched and that they need to cancel though I have been on the line with the same lying agent for two hours trying to get my order..I have snap shots of both my communication with them and the restaurant multiple attempts to reach them during the same two hours ....lousy lousy lousy people and company ...please don't encourage them by doing business with them, there are better options who really care about their customers

Probably the worst customer service…

Probably the worst customer service there is, their customer line employees are extremely incompetent, they had disabled their live chat but their customer line employees were completely unaware that they had disabled it and refused to believe that it was disabled, i was charged for an order that i didnt even recieve.

Takabat app became almost useless and…

Takabat app became almost useless and not reliable especially with food orders. Support is so bad and useless and you couldn't reach easily as they couldn't help with the big problems on operations. One of the examples my order #1460880271 in Dubai, was cancelled after waiting for 50 minutes without even calling or explaining ... just "sorry order again sir, without resolve".. repeated situation.. I am shifting to delivaroo now

Actually one of the worst applications…

Actually one of the worst applications and worst delivery company ever, they don’t deliver the food on time and once you want to complain they transfer you to chat with talabat and keeps me waiting for more than 20 min to reply this was the worst experience ever.

TALABAT/KUWAITOrdered 14 kd worth of food for me and my family, it tasted frozen and dry, wrong order, 10 minutes late , the wrong order was only worth 4kd literally hundreds of 1 star reviews on app store this store is for sure money laundering. DO NOT USETo update my last review its important to note that i was compensated my money along with extra as a voucher, unfortunately, the response took a whole week and i had to follow them everywhere to get a hold of customer service. However they still took responsibility and made up for it

That is really poor service

That is really poor service - you waited an hour to tell me the order was not coming. Not what I would expect from Talabat or Din Tai Feng. Very disappointing and 15 AED does not make up for no evening meal.
