To whom it may concern,I am appalled by the abysmal service I received from Talabat UAE today. I placed an order for 3 bags of "Shomar Whole 500 g," clearly expecting whole seeds, but instead, I received ground Shomar in all bags. This blatant disregard for accuracy and customer satisfaction is utterly unacceptable.Upon contacting Talabat's customer service to request a refund for this gross error, I was met with nothing but resistance and excuses. I was told that because there was a gap between the delivery time and my complaint, I am not eligible for a refund. This is preposterous! It is not my fault that your service failed to deliver what was promised.I demand immediate action to rectify this situation. I expect a full refund for the incorrectly fulfilled order, as well as an apology for the inconvenience and frustration caused. Other users deserve to know about the deplorable service offered by Talabat UAE.
I have been a customer for years in talabat. And it has always problem that settled. This is the time I speak up. I placed an order when I input the otp it says error the order has not been placed but they cut my money on my card. It is very difficult to reach you. It says you can chat but there's no way to chat you. Your hotline number or customer service number is not reachable. What the heck?!!
I ordered frozen 10 pcs chicken from talabat app (City Plaza Supermarket, Sharjah) I have paid online and my card was debited for the full amount. Then, I received a call from this supermarket that they increased the priced. I told them to cancel the order and send only 4 pcs chicken for new price however, they charged me for additional AED25 as expected they will cancel the online order and will refund my money. since I am unable to cancel from the app. Unfortunately, they marked my order as delivered and they never refund my money back. Talabat promised was never fulfilled and they have not investigated properly. They meant to remove their telephone number because they are unable to manage their customers complaints. Very disappointed ☹️
The payment for my order was taken but an order wasn’t placed. They simply just took my money without providing the services.I requested to do a refund by putting the amount to my talabat account and I got an answer that not possible. The error came from their app. Instead of solving the issue internally, they just told me SORRY!An absolute fraud.The customer service (Mutsawer M) was unhelpful and because he declined to refund my money, the lost the client.
