NEVER ORDER TO TALABAT!

I had the displeasure of using Talabat recently, and it was an absolute nightmare. My order ID was #1561638818, and despite their promise of a 30-45 minute delivery window, it turned into a saga of incompetence and frustration.Their live tracking feature is a joke. I watched in disbelief as the driver took a scenic route to prolong my agony. After an excruciating hour, the app cheerfully declared my order as delivered, though I hadn't received a thing. Naturally, I reached out to their customer service for help.The response? Blame-shifting and gaslighting. They had the audacity to claim the driver had handed my food to a "boy with glasses" at my location and even alleged that he'd called me for confirmation. A bold-faced lie. I never received any such call, and when I tried to contact the driver, surprise, surprise, he conveniently went MIA.According to their so-called support, the driver would return in 10 minutes to rectify the situation. Guess what? Thirty minutes later, still nada. The cherry on top? The driver had the nerve to lecture me about checking with the security guard at my location. As if it's my job to ensure their incompetence doesn't ruin my meal.I provided clear instructions and even sent pictures of my location, yet the driver still managed to bungle it up. No attempt at verification, no basic customer service etiquette—just a slapdash approach to delivery that's frankly appalling.Save yourself the headache and avoid Talabat like the plague. This was hands down the worst experience I've ever had with a delivery app, and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. They've lost a customer for life, and I'll be sure to warn everyone I know to steer clear.

Overrated

First, some of the restaurants post prices as 30-50% discount but they’re actually higher than in dining! 2nd, their customer service is poor, u’ll likely end up disappointed with the outcome of your complain.3rd, there is every review but wont take it as improvement but they are getting worse every day! Better to choose another food delivery company, not an overrated one because of its logo!

BAD EXPERIENCE WITH TALABAT👎🏻My name is shahid ... i had a work in oman for few days so i order food from talabat Order no :- 1557153749 ... They had really worst service i have ever seen ... i paid for food already from my credit card .... delivery was too late and food was cold ... when delivery guy came to me they take more money from me ... i told him i paid already they said no u have to pay ... So i told him i dont have omani riyal .. he said no problem give me dirham and he takes 20 more dirham from me at muscat international airport for food ... Really guys worst experience with you at Oman international Airport.... REFUND MY 20 AED TO MY TALABAT ACCOUNT 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

worst customer service EVER!!! never partner with them, you will burn out, they are not professional, no log history to preserve your rights, and poor Customer experience in the app & portal, even to use the app it's a headache with their sound settings, and they asked for campaign money that i never took

There staff were not answering my…

There staff were not answering my email. They send me different food and I am requesting for a refund and I give them the screenshot and file a complain as soon as i saw the order but they dont want to refund it. I even send them an email to ask their driver to come to our house to pick up the wrong item that they send but they didn't send any driver. I keep on sending them an email but no response!! This is how they work!! If theres any mistake with the food, they will not even bother to reply to your email and they will just ignore your email.

Disappointing Experience with Talabat’s Service and Customer Support

I recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience with Talabat that compels me to warn potential customers. I ordered dinner from Burger Boutique through Talabat, and not only was the delivery late, but the order was completely wrong. Upon notifying Talabat, they sent another order, which again was incorrect and arrived cold and inedible.Despite multiple assurances from the help center staff that the issues would be resolved promptly and that I would receive fresh, correct food, the problems persisted. The follow-up on their service promise was non-existent; no calls were returned as promised, and the resolution offered—a mere QAR 15.00 compensation for a QAR 175.00 order—was both laughable and insulting.I have since reached out multiple times via email to seek a proper resolution and a full refund, attaching evidence of the incorrect orders. It has been over a week without any acknowledgment or response from their customer service team.This experience has shown a severe lack of professionalism and customer care from Talabat. It’s disappointing to see how little they regard their customers’ satisfaction and time. I advise anyone considering using their service to think twice if expecting reliable and responsive customer support.

Was using it in both Qatar and UAE for 2 years, but today I think I'm done! After some minor app issues I contacted support (this is most painful and unfriendly company in terms of support) so they suggested to uninstall app, since that I only could get a message that I cant login back, and cant contact support. 1 restart you phone2 delete application3 never install in again, use other delivery company!

Talabat is so bad …….

The reason is talabat is bad because yesterday I ordered something and the estimated time was ‘40 mins’ when i asked they said the restaurant doesn’t answer them, now im in the other day and the order isn’t delivered and it is written ‘delivered’. This is my last time ordering from talabat im so fed up with them…
