I would like to share my experience…

I would like to share my experience with TALABAT.On July 2022 I ordered food through talabat It take 4 hours and in that time the food has not arrived, the worse thing i contacted talabat customer service and they sayinh nicely politely with alot of sugar coating that the food will be delivered soon, but here is interesting an agent name sufyan he said the food is should be around me because he has called the restaurant but when i call the restaurant they said they didnt recieve the order, in conclusion ALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DIDNT CHECK AT ALL. Such a poor customer service and pathetic, second thing there is lady who called and ask what I want, oh come on where is your face as customer service, after what you have done still asking what I want ridiculous and they gave me 7 QAR compensation AND they cancel my order LOL. Well I don't need the DUMB VOUCHER. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I only gave because half star is not an option. Ordered Chin Chin on Talabat, and again Talabat ruined the order.Everytime Talabat is able to deliver cold food to the incorrect address.Very disappointing again

Terrible policy

Terrible policy! They refund only into your talabat account, not back to the bank account. You cannot communicate to them, when you need it. Theirs phone line never works!Just Terrible!

Talabat is not professional when online…

Talabat is not professional when online payment, never pay advance, as they directly cancel your order and ask you to wait 7 days in a very rude way. Always ask for cash payment only when delivered.
