This application is the WORST

This application is the WORST! Ever since they bought "Otlob.com" in Egypt, i hated ordering online through them. I gave them the benefit of the doubt more than 7 times, and each time, there is a problem: either not informing the restaurant, or not answering the chat, or delivering to the wrong location, or duplicating orders. Last order was duplicated, and i had to pay twice. They refunded me but in the wallet of talabat. When i asked to have to refund back to my Visa card, they stopped contacting me! Seriously, it's a waste of breath! better call your favorite restaurant directly!

This is the worst customer service I…

This is the worst customer service I ever received. I used an expired credit card by mistake and I amended the details right away!! My account got blocked, and I contacted the customer care team and they were useless !! They respond like robots and they told me that my account got blocked permanently!!!! And for what? For entering an expired credit card details?!!!! This is really disappointing given the fact that I am a customer with them for a very long time and I use the app almost daily !!! And this is how you treat your customers !! The least they could do is to resolve my issue and unblock my account!!

The worst deleivery service all over…

The worst deleivery service all over Dubai as this is my second time with them for food orders where it took them more than 2 hours to deliver and yet it is not.Also their customer service are useless as Fatima showed me what they were trained for without doing anything for my order and she told me it is few min but now it is more than hour. I don’t recommend this at all and I will delete the application now to stop dealing with such losers

Irresponsible Behaviour

Ordered food through Talabat. The supplying restaurant SWHK Kuwait served wrong item. When complained through app, Talabat Customer Care marked it as 'resolved' without contacting or remedy and closed complaint. And there is nothing we can do. Pathetic and non friendly. Maybe SWHK is owned by Talabat so does not care.

The worst service ever

The worst service ever, they always cancel orders. It’s way better to make the order through the branch itself, to be sure it will not be canceled or delay.

Worst service I encountered in my life

Worst service I encountered in my life, and I’m not talking about one or 2 incidents. They seems to have a mess in managing this app.. drivers don’t know locations or have absolutely no idea how to communicate with customers. Once a driver took 200 dhs for order charge of 30 and left without giving my money back and I kept chasing talabat for 10 days to get my money back. Other gets lost and ask me to cancel the order after waiting for 2 hours for my food and recently, after waiting for one hour while showing on the app the order is 2 mins away for delivering .. I contacted the help chat and was told “oh it’s technical issue we will cancel ur order and u can place another one” doesn’t matter if I have to wait again…guys, get Deliveroo.. they r tons better than these immature talabat

I have placed an order through Talabat…

I have placed an order through Talabat and the driver Ghafoor Abbas came near my home then called and asked for WhatsApp location and then called again and said that my area isn’t in his zone so he can not deliver the food. I received a call from the talabat office from Usman Alam who straight away cancelled my order. I was watching the driver on the live map he was literally just one minute away from my location, he was delivering but changed his mind and decided not yo deliver . I ordered from the same restaurant many times before and has no issue at all with Talabat delivery .I am very disappointed from the service and experience the driver was not helpful nor they are professional in their services. You clearly show you do not appreciate your regular customers and have no respect for the restaurants they are giving you business.
