Customer Service is zero. I think it must be a human answering my emails as a robot would show more concern for the customer. This company stinks and should be investigated by the authorities for impersonating a delivery business.

Talabat should NOT be in business

What went wrong "this time"... Talabat is always doing something wrong! I think they are aiming to provide the worst service imaginable. They don't care about their customers and as far as staffing, it is reflective of their customer service. They hire staff with little to no experience. This includes their live chat representatives, their drivers, and even their managers who are supposed to handle escalated customer complaints. I have never complained and received a resolution which satisfied me.I stopped using Talabat a few years ago and life was so much easier when using other platforms. I am not sure what possessed me to return but after this latest experience, I will not be returning ever again. I have no hopes for Talabat changing for the better. I only have assurance that they will continue to get worse. When a company is content with the revenue they are making, even when it's at the cost of their customer's complete satisfaction, this will only drive them to continue to lower their standards.

We have used Talibat on several occasions. The vast majority were either not delivered or delivered so late that they were sent back as cold and inedible.On one occasion the item delivered by Pizza Hut did not arrive but was shown as delivered. They swore blind that it had been delivered. Eventually, after investigation, they admitted it had not been delivered. Clearly the item was taken by the delivery driver for personal use, and not for the first time no doubt. Perhaps Talibat translated into English means “thieves” !However, the biggest issue is the lack of “customer service” and we use the word service very loosely ! Their constant sarcastic and meaningless apologies and fake promises to resolve any problems are contemptible at best and fraudulent at worst.In trying to recover our money we eventually revceived an online message saying it would be returned within 5-7 working day. That time scale elapsed and no sign of any refund. When we complained they changed their mind and said the refund can only be used in the App. There followed a series of nearly 50 emails in a 36 hour period featuring the following low IQ buffoons – some even had more than one attempt – none of which was capable of solving the problem - Yomna HassanAya Abdelsalam Nehal GamalOmar ElsayedEman MohamedMostafa MohamedMahmoud ShafeyAhmed YasserWaleed MohamedSalma HamedAhmed HosnyMohamed TalaatOmnia MuhammedHaytham Abd El-SabourReem RiadShawky MahmoudEvery single email was virtually identical featuring well know repetitive phrases such as -“Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience”“Thank you for sharing your details regarding what happened, we never want you to experience such inconvenience when using our service.”“Again, we sincerely apologize for this experience”“We’re very sad to know that we didn’t manage to deliver a satisfactory service to you.”These 70 odd words appear over 2000 times !Frankly we will never get out money back but we don’t care. Its not about the money – we leave bigger tips at restaurants – it’s about the principal of unscrupulous vagabonds thieving their ay through life.Our review is here to help others. If just one person decides not to give free food to a delivery driver or a cent to Talibat then it will have been worth the time and effort.

Awwwwwful experinece with tallabat i almost waited 2 hours for my food tried to contact different persons on the help center but everytime i get the auto generated massages. After two hours of long wait i got my order and it was all cold and soggy. Wasted my time my money never ever gonna order my food from this rubbish tallabat

Worst Customer Service and Stupid offers

One of the worst Customer Service experiences in my life and also one of the most stupid and money stealing devious offers strategies applied on their app! I regularly order from talabat, and had accumulated more than 4000 points, for redeeming. I redeemed one free friend rice from chin chin, when i go to order, the app said something went wrong. For one month, i tried to no avail. Then contacted customer service, their response was 'switch on airplane mode, switch off, restart phone, restart app, etc'. Did everything, no change. I wrote back, saying nothing worked, after that never recieved a response! Horrible customer service! I have never used their points system ever after that! Next - their discount strategy is simply to make a fool out of their customers! I bought the Pro version for free deliveries for minimum order of 30dhs. On certain occasions, restaurants offer 50% discounts, so I choose the food with original price (say 50dhs). On this, i should get free delivery plus 50% discount. But the oversmart money stealing guys at talabat will pull a one up on me! Since, the 50% discount makes it 25dhs, so now i have to buy an additional 5 dhs to make it 30dhs to avail the free delivery. But wait, if i buy a 5dhs item, 50% discount will make it 2.5dhs, so still dont get my free delivery!! And so on and so forth!! One of the worst Marketing and money stealing strategies (or the lack of it!).Unfortunately, im still buying from them as there is no other app now in the market especially in Sharjah. Hopefully, the team will read this and bring some sanity to their stupid offers and customer service.

I am partner and I can't find someone to contact from their part my account manager left for another position and they assigned a new one that he is on leave funny people.plus They are the worst delivery application of all time. Wouldn't recommend at all. Customer service is really bad and they're not helpful at all., The horrible company for delivery ever.they took your money and never explain and when you contact them by chat or email - so difficult to get an answer, briefly Worst customer service ever, their staff could not have any skills of dealing with partners even when they delay or cancelled the order without informing the partners,Horrible customer service!They do not refund or reply to anything! They cancelled the order without informing me and promised to refund but they didnt!, Talabat is by far the worst delivery app I've ever encountered! I'd recommend you pick up your food rather than have it delivered by them. What's even worse, you don't even have a live chat to raise issues or a number.,

worst driver and rider and danger to health

if I can give me -5 star I will , I had an incident in 2022 where the driver spit in my food and try to force me to take the food , I think the company trained its driver and riders to do that so its legally you accept it the food
