worst delivery service

incompetent drivers, orders never showing up...refunds are made as credit and not refunded to bank. no contact help line. live chat useless.......if you really really have to use talabat, opt for cash payment... itll save you a ton.of frustration and disappointment....oh..and check thefood for allergens.... no one reads notes or special requests, which i find can be fatal ......talabat still doesnt bat an eyelid....good luck

Terrible support

I ordered food from Talabat, the delivery man delivered 4 items out of 11. I could not get refund, because Talabat's support did not believe it that many items were missing. Crazy.

Your delivery drivery wa terrible,, this is not once that happen my order.,, everytime i order he doesnt have change, last year my bill was 25 dirhams something, my money was 50 dirhams.,when the driver told me he dont have change so i told him ok i can wait there is supermarket under my building might come back 3 mnts to return my change., after 1 hour no one even cold me for my change.,,he is pakistan guy., and today its happen again.,, guys we are paying the exact amount also delivery charge, my bill 14:06 and i gave him 50 dirmahs he just gave me change 33.75dirhams his reason he dont have change. Really i will uninstall this application.,,

What i went through with talabat in the…

What i went through with talabat in the past 5 months - around 20 cases and none of them resolved👇1. Sexual harassment from delivery men, who tried to enter my house - twice.2. Sending spoiled products, and when i ask for exchange or refund, it is being refused or simply ignored - many times, like every second order has wrong or sp­oiled items. Customer support promises to fix it but in reality i end up keeping and throwing the spoiled items.3. Packaging - they send me items for food & cleaning in the same bag. Cheese, eggs & fruits in plastic bag with Clorox or wash­ing gel or fish, then all the items smell or get spoiled bec­ause of broken or le­aking bottles. Aren't there quality control for such services?4. They ignore all the complains, when i reach out, never compensate or exchan­ge the items. It's super hard to communicate with the customer su­pport because they are incapable of reso­lving, and they have to create case. I have reached few times to the management team for customer support and it even worse - either they just reject the idea of something going wrong or they promise to resolve it and then never get back. Last my order i have reached to them repeatedly because all my order was spoiled with Clorox on food, it was the same response - we are here to serve you and will fix this, never it was fixed. 5. When speaking on the phone with the management team of customer support, they act really weird, close the phone when hear me speak English and don't call back, once i begin to explain what happens they speak in the same time with me to express their ideas - interrupting disrespectfully or they act carelessly saying that it's their policy to take 10days to review the complain (about exchange of expired items! How is that?)6. The items in some of restaurants have higher price in ta­labat - doubled. When i spoke of it to the lady from ma­nagement team, she refused that such thi­ng exists without even checking it, she refused to check it even 😳 and it was never changed, so i had to make order from the restaurant with double less pric­es than written on talabat.7. Delays in delivery, wrong estimated time and so on - these are minor issues whi­ch happening daily.Many of these things are illegal, how such company is still existing? I feel super frustrated...Is there any other similar app that i could use instead of talabat for quick market delivery?

Avoid using or saving your card details. Card was scammed and used by someone and all they did was block the account of the scammer 😒

Very bad experience with talabat

A company that charges very high commission rate on restaurants fails to deliver single orders many times, drivers skip order and no one updates it. Food reaches cold and they charge you on delivery, and customer service representatives are the worse just want to end the conversation with the customer without solving the problem.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever. Getting your order wrong 7 outta 10 times. The pictures of the food in the app is misleading, riders NEVER have change even if you write a note while you’re ordering. Worst company/customer service ever. Never order from them.

I don't even know why Talabat exists…

I don't even know why Talabat exists except to be the middle man to tell you that "Unfortunately, the item you requested is unavailable. Yes, we've already charged you, so you can choose something you don't want or be refunded by us 7-10 business days." Why do you exist other than to steal money?
