Worst service ever

Worst service ever, Talabat Mart is the worst mart to ever order from, i ordered soft drinks and recieved hot ones that you have to fridge for few hours before you can drink. So this tells me that Talabat probably just habe a warehouse storing stuff in and when u order they pick it up of the shelf so ask your self do you really want to order from them !

I have using talabat since before I have one voucher from my side that they took and more then 1 week they making me crazy canceling my order or they make system error to order for me then one day they took my voucher which is I not received the order I contact the Kfc they said it’s problem in talabat app we not received any order from u they will return to you again I contact talabat they said the same again and again they telling to send email i already send email to talabat they not responded to me yet I deleted the app also I’m a hotelier I concerns many guest to order in talabat now of course I’m not going suggest anyone thank you for your smart scam to customers

Horrible customer service

I'm not sure what is happening with Talabat, the quality of service has gone downhill drastically and i am about to delete the app from my phone and encourage people to do so as well. Yesterday on 2 different orders i received missing items (which were add-ons!!, that means adding extra payment on the order). And i have sent messages, asked for feedback and no one has even acknowledged reception of my messages or even feedback of this situation. As a loyal customer it saddens me that the company has decided to ignore customers, specially with something such as food - as we know this really affects the mood! Bad, bad bad very disappointing!!!!!!!!!

Refuse to provide full refund on missing items

Unfortunately, several times items come up missing in the order when it's delivered. The app shows the item to be available on 'Talabat mart.' When in reality, they're sold out or removed from the shelf. Talabat decided on your behalf to give you a credit "voucher." that has an expiration date instead of providing a full refund on the item you paid for with cash. At least give people a choice instead of treating them as your servants.

This is the worst delivery app

This is the worst delivery app. I order from Burger King using the app. Just 30mins after order it was marked as pickup by rider. Been waiting more than two hours and order still not delivered. Live chat on their app is not working. And no contact number to reach them.Order number261220302

Worst Customer service ever lately.

Worst Customer service ever lately.The riders won’t deliver the order and mark it as delivered and when reached out to customer service they say they are unable to reach the rider. The second time rider is assigned, making customer for a whole hour for the order the rider goes unreachable again. The best solution they can provide is a refund but after waiting for an hour for the order its just not worth it. Also on a different day but recently I received a call from talabat saying the rider had a accident and can’t deliver. This was told to me after waiting for 30 minutes just about when the order should have arrived, I thought it might really be an accident so no one’s failt there but interestingly just one day earlier when I contacted because my order was not delivered, the customer service couldn’t contact the rider and offered me a refund. I now have 3 refunds in just 3 days. All waiting to be reflected in my bank account that i cannot use to place any more order and most importantly the time i wait hungry for the food to arrive and alawys at the end it never arrives. Once a technical issue is understandable but so many so often doesn’t make sense. Plus why not inform me earlier rather then making one wait till they reach out for customer service.

WORST EXPERIENCE TODAY 3 hours for a boxes of water, something doesn’t need to be prepared even, 3 hours and yet I had to cancel the order after that as their driver declined his task and no one even cared ! While Because of trusting them we end up having no water at home for long, what a shame for a company we put thousands of dirhams on ordering with, so UNPROFESSIONAL

The worst company + the rudest customer service

Not only the company is lying about the restaurants reviews, but also making the food by themselves, stealing customers from the restaurants. Customer service?? The rudest. They literally told me “so write a review if you don’t like the way I talk”. Imagine
