I have just ordered pineapple pizza offer from ppa murphys, and I received only fries and garlic potatoes. No Pizza! And the delivery guy left. Without delivering my pizza.The fries were cold, the garlic puffs had no trails of garlic, it was only bread, and I didn't get my pizza!!!!!
Absolutely the worst customer service Don’t accept calls wrong phones to follow If you ever get lucky and reach them somehow no one can speak proper English or Arabic Never follow on complaint Rude drivers Such a bad experiences Don’t recommend them and best option is to order directly or other apps
I had just given an order to Pizza Hut. The tracking in talabat showed 22 minutes away, but I got a doorbell ring from the rider. Due to innacurate Tracking I was not sure if it was Pizza Hut. Also, the rider was standing to the side and not in front of the door. So I could only see his arm. I couldn't see a packet or a logo or uniform or anything! Firstly, the innacurate Tracking showed that my order was 22 minutes away secondly I cannot see the riders face, uniform or pizza packet. In what confidence would I be able to open the door ? I then cancelled my order right away.I have had a very bad experience from talabat. Highly non recommended. I have also uninstalled the app.
The app while looks decent at first glance is nothing more than a cheap imitation of real delivery services. Their delivery times don’t mean anything along with at times waiting an hour or more for delivery only for Talabat to cancel ur order or have the delivery time remaining unchanged from initial. Customer service are all just scripted responses with 0 helpful responses or input and often very unprofessional.
Talabat service is excellent thru the chat however the only problem with talabat is the driver behaviors , I wish talabat look into it because so many drivers are rude , I don’t understand what’s the reason for that, very unprofessional attitude. I was late for only 3 mins he called to tell me that he have another customers not only me and said something in his language at the end so I can’t hear him and hang up on me , and one of the drivers before told me that he doesn’t have change , and he said you guys have money why you need a change !!
I made an order today from Hardees and I have been charged more than the actual charges that Hardees do.Hardees charged 249.99 EGP including VAT and delivery charge.Talabat charged me 283.47 EGP including VAT and delivery charge.The difference between the two charges is 33.48 EGP.Such a shame!Don't order from Talabat, Just call the restaurant you love and ask them to deliver to you better, Talabat steals from you.
The absolute worst delivery service provider, always late. Rude customer service with quick automated messages that they keep spamming. The only refund you're provided is 20% refund as Credit in their app trying to force you to re-use it. Both restaurant and app were blaming each other. SUPER LATE DELIVERY OF 1.5Hours. When they show 40 minutes only. I'm going to Consumers in order to have this company shut, I urge everyone effected to do the same.
TALABAT ARE THIEVES. THEY STOLE MONEY FROM ME MORE THAN ONE TIME. they cancelled my order because they didn’t have the items from where i ordered and THEY ONLY GAVE ME HALF THE REFUND BACK. I CONTACTED THEM 5 TIMES AND NO RESULT NONE OF THEM ARE HELPING.
