I ordered yesterday through Talabat Egypt and I got a certain total amount for my order. However, when I received the restaurant, the receipt was for more money. After complaining to Talabat customer service, a man called me and told me "it is not our fault, it is the restaurant's fault and we can not do anything about it"

Bad service

The expansion and explosion of the massive success of the company.Its online advertisements attracted me to try out the order through it. I would like to share my impressions on their use ☹️ therefore, my second order has been delayed 👎What I concluded is that the delay is happening from Talabat not from the restaurant, even though the company always saying the delay is from the restaurant. Very funny

Very poor service

Very poor service. Talabat and Papa Murphy’s. I ordered TWO pizza. My order arrived late and when it arrived, ONE PIZZA IS MISSING! Both parties mistake. Both parties didn’t solve the problem on my expectation! VERY POOR SERVICE. Very disappointed!

Terrible order tracking

Terrible order tracking, the food either comes super early or super late (most common). You cannot track your orders or the driver. Customer service is Ok but usually they don’t solve the problem.

Your service is freaky appalling

Your service is freaky appalling, waited nearly 2hrs for an order mentioned 30min. Your team is rude and non responsive and the restaurant called me and mentioned clearly I should have ordered from Deliveroo or Careem and NOT talabat as food was waiting 30min with no driver ready. Is this service??? WillDelete the app and ensure all my contacts are aware of your lack of service

Their service has gone downhill in a big way. Order of a pizza from around the corner took 2 hours. No customer service call centre, live chat on the website is not working. App uninstalled. Waste of time of a company at a time when such service should demonstrate its capabilities.
