A wonderful, personalised service and a custom engagement ring designed! My now fiancé loved the ring. Aurélie was a pleasure to deal with, kept me updated throughout the process and I even managed to meet her to start of the design process in the London design studio. Highly recommend, especially in comparison to high street retailers!
Fantastic from start to finish.I was able to have an online consultation within a week.The consultant was held with Emily Jackson who had picked out some fantastic stones.We only needed the one consultation to help me come to a decision and have the bespoke ring ordered.The ring was created in less than a month and delivered safely.In my mind I was always worried about the process but Emily made it as smooth as possible with no stress or worry.Thank you again Emily and the team at Taylor and Hart!

Just the entrance of the building alone made me feel like I was in the right place. At first it was a little formal, but at the time, I expected that. Taylor Gandy soon made me feel more comfortable and relaxed once I had got it off my chest that I was looking for an engagement ring. At first I was petrified that, a building that looked the way it did, I wasn't going to be able to afford to walk away with a ring that day. But. Taylor bought out a small case of diamonds ranging from all different sizes with all different prices. Taylor didn't try and upsell me, was never pushy/using sales tactics. Taylor just let me be me and make my choice. My experience was always going to be unforgettable because of the type of purchase I was making, but Taylor was there through every step, from beginning to end, making my choice couldn't have been easier all because of her. I wish Taylor Gandy all the best in her career. I will be using Taylor to buy my wedding ring, no matter where she works.
