I would recommend Taylor & Hart to anybody! My consultant Florencia was extremely helpful, professional and friendly and made the whole experience a lot less daunting in my search for an engagement ring. The after care service that they provide is also fantastic. 10/10 service!!
My experience with Taylor & Hart has been nothing put positive! It was exceptionally easy to design my ring from scratch, and customer service were right there all the way through the process with help and support.Eloise was a great help, and the company understood the importance of a forever ring, and continued with updates while I waited. It was all well worth it! My ring is absolutely beautiful.
First of all, when I placed the initial order, I had my finger sized by one of their members of staff, which one would assume would have been accurate seeing as they size people every day. However, when my ring was complete and I collected in person, the sizing performed was inadequate as the ring was way too small. (A resize was required due to the incompetence of the staff when sizing me up initially) I made sure to ask before having it resized about the returns policy and was told face to face by a second sales person before agreeing to having it re sized, if it still does not fit or is not comfortable, that I would still be entitled to a full refund for up to 6 months if not satisfied (even though the website states 3 months). Taylor & Hart are now trying to refuse me my refund after having it resized.Why should I be penalised for the incompetence of the person who sized me up initially along with the lie I was told about still being entitled to a refund after resizing which is the only reason why I agreed to have it resized on the first placeThis is the only reason I went ahead with the re-sizing otherwise I clearly wouldn't have done so with the risk of what has happened that it actually does not feel good or comfortable on the hand. We are still in the process of trying to sorting this issue out and get my money back as promised. So will update with the outcome but as it stands, this has been a truly awful experience. This is absolutely ridiculous,
Taylor & Hart were highly recommended and won the best jewelry team award last year. We couldn’t be happier with our decision. At first we were looking at designer brands such as Cartier and Piaget. We were on the fence about them because they didn’t feel unique or special in any way. We were so happy to have found Taylor & Hart as we were to fully customize our rings with an expert consultant. The wedding bands turned out amazing. Top notch service from start to finish!-George & Ellie
