I was hesitant of an online suit rental at first but the whole thing was so easy and accommodating. The process to get a different size in one of your pieces of clothing was awesome and the return process was completely taken care of for you as well. Also, the tuxedos themselves looked great and fit even better. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!
The tux arrived 10 days before the wedding, plenty of time to try on and get a replacement if needed. In my case I needed a larger shirt which was shipped and received within a few days. They also paid for my pants to have hemmed 1" since the pants were a little long. They only came in 30" or 32" and I needed a 31". Shoes ran big, so I needed a smaller pair which also arrived within a couple of days. Looked great on, great quality. Return process was easy!

Thanks Black Tux! The final product was wonderful. Four stars because of excellent customer service and final product. However the sizing was way off & I felt like a 12-year old boy the first time I put on the coat. I got it adjusted, just a price I wasn't looking forward to pay. Thankfully y'all helped out with that, too. Well done. I'd use again, def recommend.
I had ordered a tux for a milestone birthday event well in advance. It showed up on time. It showed up with everything I had ordered. And all the items were sized perfectly. Even if anything had gone wrong, I felt very comfortable with their commitment to get me resized replacements quickly.Fortunately, no resizing was necessary and I was able to travel with the tux to my event. Although I had forgotten my box to ship it back at home, I did get the itmrs back in the hands of UPS for the return one day after the deadline. They waved the late fee and my return was complete!I have used local formal wear providers in my city and found the quality of their garments far inferior in quality to what you get here at the black tux.This is definitely my go to solution for all of my formal wear needs in the future!
