Set of 4 Kaiju Knives

Received my Kaiju set of knives after a couple of delays and love the look of them. They are incredibly sharp, the handles are comfortable, the knives are well balanced and are easy to handle. My only complaint was poor communication. If the delays had been properly and honestly communicated I would’ve given 5 stars. However multiple times the expected ship date was missed without any update and some of my emails were never responded to. Overall I am happy my order worked out because I like these knives.

Kaiju Bundle

I received a Kaiju bundle a few days ago: sharpest knife out of the box I've ever owed. Ease of use make them very enjoyable. I will definitely buy more of this series!

I think this is a scam

I’m not sure if this company is legit but I ordered from them and never received my knife but they send emails to buy their other knifes. Not sure if this is a scam and if anyone ever received their order but I would tell others to stay away. That’s my experience

Great knives, amazing customer service

I had ordered the kaiju series the day that it released. I waited for the order to come and it took a few weeks after my promised delivery date but they did come, and I was offered a $20 voucher for the delay. I was notified as soon as the knives were ready to ship and now that I have received them I can say they were by far worth the wait. Just amazing quality and the best knives I have ever used. I will always point people to the cooking guild if they want good knives

I made an order in mid March for my wives birthday in mid April. Did not receive the order. Tried to reach out to them and they responded on a chat message saying the delivery date kept being pushed out. They did charge my credit card, but will not send the product. Tried to reach out but now there is no phone number or chat, just an email they won't respond to. Going to try to get the credit card company involved and get my money back.

Absolutely horrendous customer service!

Absolutely horrendous customer service! Tried to cancel the purchase of an item immediately, with multiple emails and messages, it was shipped before anyone contacted me back. I then had to pay for the shipping back to the company out of my own funds and am STILL awaiting the refund of $128.50 from DECEMBER! it’s now February….

Exquisite Quality and Perfection

As an American I tend to be skeptical about the quality I might receive in a product. I was more than pleased with the quality and craftsmanship I received with the Dynasty series knives from the Cooking Guild from the UK. I’ve wanted a wonderful set of kitchen knives my whole life and I’m so pleased with this selection. The edge is razor surgical sharp. The balance and weight are perfect. Well done.

I bought a set of knives as a Christmas…

I bought a set of knives as a Christmas present and decided they weren’t a good fit so I mailed it back to them the very next day on 12/23/22. In the package I returned, I included proof of purchase and the knives were never used. Unfortunately, I lost the return tracking number from the post office so when I emailed their support group to ask if they received my package they told me in order to get a refund or look for my package I would need the return tracking number. I gave customer service my order number several times and asked if they could look through their return items to ensure they received it so I can get a refund, but no, I can’t get a refund because I don’t have a return tracking number. I spent $200 on a set of knives I never used and customer service has been extremely unhelpful. I also checked their return and refund policy on their official website and nowhere on there does it say you must have a return tracking number in order to receive a full refund. I will never buy from this company again and advise others not to do business with them either. Extremely disappointed.

I placed a order then quickly found a…

I placed a order then quickly found a better option so immediately emailed their customer service to cancel the order. Emailed multiple times over the course of a 2 day period to try to cancel and never got a response. Finally, got a hold of their Instagram account and told me they couldn’t cancel as it had already been shipped even though I emailed them asking to cancel 30mins after the order was placed. Then finally today, I received a email from their customer service saying “ Hi Jaames,Thank you for reaching out to us.We cannot cancel your order as it has been left our warehouse.Thanks for understanding!” First of all they spelled my name wrong and this was their response to days of me trying to cancel. Worst customer service I’ve ever had from a company. Do NOT buy from them.
